Imagine running into Elijah at a party in New Orleans.

You were at your friend Klaus Mikaelson's party. It was both a classy and tasteful yet extremely fun and loud party. The music boomed throughout the house as all sorts of drinks were being served by moving servers. His brother, Elijah, who was just as handsome, was there eyeing you like a hawk.

You could tell when he first saw you he was very taken with you. And you were with him as well. What wasn't to like? Almost every guy at the party was dressed nicely in a suit or something along those lines, but Elijah was just different. His ensemble seemed both effortless and thoughtful, as if it was the type of thing he wore every single day. You obviously didn't know much about Elijah, and so you decided to go to the one person you knew who did.  
  "Klaus!" You smiled, waving the hybrid over.
  "Ah! (Y/N)," he nodded happily. "Care to join me for shots?!"
  "Maybe later," you chuckled, moving closer to him.

You carefully pointed to Elijah, making sure that he couldn't see you looking.
  "Your brother. What's his deal?" You asked with a smirk.

Klaus could see him obviously staring at you, but not in a creepy way.
  "Oh! Caught Elijah's eye, have you? Bravo (Y/N)! That's not easy!" Klaus Mikaelson exclaimed.
  "So what's his deal?" You asked:
  "Well, he's the very private, reserved, sophisticated.... almost boring type. But he's also a complete fun-loving maniac once you get him to loosen up a bit. He's a vampire, so he would be more your speed, if you catch my drift," your friend wink.
  You grinned mischievously. "I do."
  "Yes," Klaus nodded. "My brother doesn't do one-night stands with anyone who doesn't work on a street corner, so I suppose he's just what you've been looking for."
  "Perfect, thank you, Niklaus," you smiled.

Klaus nodded, and pulled you in for a quick hug, kissing your cheek very lightly as you did the same. You began making your way towards the other Mikaelson, smiling innocently yet seductively as you did, causing him to be pleasantly surprised.
