THE NIGHT BEFORE

We got home and I settled Maya into her bed.

After watching her for a while, I went into the living room, where everyone was talking.

I joined them quietly as Derek came up to me.

"Looks like your gonna get your butt kicked", he says smiling.

"Shut up mother f*****", I say smiling.

"Annnnnnnd he's back", he says fit-bumping me.

"What'd you do playboy, promise to kiss her", he asks.

"Shut your mouth before I shut it for you", I growl.

"So is that a yes", he asks.

"F*** up Loser", I say.

"So I'll take it as a yes", he says.

"Alright mother f******, I said she can kill me, and then she woke up, happy?"I say giving up.

"Ohhhhh, may as well smile all you can, cause when she gets to fighting, you got no chance, good luck man", he says.

"Gee, I feel way better", I say with sarcasm.

"You like her don't you?"

"Glad you noticed", I say again with sarcasm.

"Woah, the playboy actually likes a girl", he says raising his hands.

"Shut up, you already knew that from the start", I say.

"Yeah but to say it out loud, am I in heaven", he says in a dreamy tone.

"Don't know about heaven but if you don't want me to send you to hell, I suggest you sh*t up", I answer.

"Ok, ok, I'll sh*t up", he says sitting up straighter.

"Oh for f***s sake", I say getting up.

"What was that you like Maya", he said in a loud clear voice. I watch as everyone's eyes turn to us.

"He's drunk", I confirm and head to the kitchen.

"At least wait for her to wake up before you can do it", he yells.

"F*** up, big sh*t", I say reaching the kitchen and hear him laughing along with everyone else.

*** 1 Hour Later ***

After everyone had finished chatting, we ended up sleeping all over the couches and around the living room.

Next Day

My eyes open as I fall onto the floor with a big thud. I scan the room and see everyone sleeping over each other and around the room.

Maya.

I shoot up and head to Maya's room, but stop when I see a beautiful figure in front of me.

Checking her out, I see, black skinny jeans sticking to her legs, a white t-shirt and a pink shirt-coat on top of the shirt, a cup of coffee in her hands.

Maya.

I look up to her smiling.

"Morning", she says cheerfully.

"Morning", I say rubbing my hand on my neck.

"Want some coffee", she asks.

"Do you remember anything from last night?" I find myself asking.

"Yeah, I remember everything, and I'm perfectly fit", she answers.

"You shouldn't be out of bed", I softly say.
