You sigh as you post yet again another unoriginal meme on your reddit.

You were popular if that. If people liked memes, they knew your name but it didn't fill the hole in your heart (that's cliche as fuck and i threw up typing it).

No, it wasn't anything specific but you were diagnosed with depression. It's not like anyone cares though... (it do be like that).

When it finally got to you that people only like the fake as fuck stories about the red marker the bitchass plastics use to draw on their hands, you gave up wanting people to hear your call...

Marco snorted at the new meme his favourite  Redditor had posted. He always liked her but kinda had the feeling there was something going on in the background.

She had shown her face before, it was just the fake smile that got him. He knew that smile from anywhere: from fake pity rejections from girls to when the plastics had to be partners with anyone not fake.

It's all been there before.

He tried to question her about it, but she quickly responded that she was ok. He wasn't having any of it.

Guess he's got to make a stand at Memecon. (Try me bitch)

This was it. Memecon.

Almost everyone was here. From Jacob Slutorius to Welven da Great (Deez Nuts guy). (Y/N) was treated like royalty there and even had security for crazy fans. Luckily for them, there was going to be a meet and greet in about 2 hours at 4:00.

She dreaded that people would ask personal questions so she had to keep a level head and not hyperventilate. She sighed as she calmed down, continuing to walk through the wide variety of people who littered the large stadium to get to her pod.

Meanwhile, the Latino brunette was searching for the meme sensation all across the place. He asked the people there but they all said the same thing; she had a section pod with someone else but had not arrived yet.

He started to give up looking for the (H/C) haired beauty until he saw her walking with her head down to the pod. He was about to run over to her until he noticed the three large security guards that accompanied her.

He hesitated before deciding he'd go up to her when her pod is set up. Still, he didn't think she would be comfortable talking about the smile. Even if she was, the guards were breathing down her neck.

With that, he formulated a plan.

A large woman with an earpiece and the security ensauble ran (skurt skurted) over to the booth to the men

A large woman with an earpiece and the security ensauble ran (skurt skurted) over to the booth to the men.

They looked up in immediate alert and she whispered something to them.

"We're sorry ma'm but we have to attend to immediate code 122 violation," one said, turning to (Y/N). She just slightly nodded and the three ran off.

That was the Latino's cue as he silently stalked over to (Y/N). She glanced up, muttering a small greeting while picking up a book, 'A Raisin in the Sun'. She didn't remember him from when he tried to get the truth.

"Why won't you just tell me what's wrong?" Marco couldn't hold back. He wanted to help her. Her mouth opened a bit before she turned up from her book.

"I know you and I told you that I am fine," she snarls quietly to him.

"I just want to help," he pleas. She was about to make a quick remark but nothing left her mouth.

"I've never had a good life. I'm always sad and I use a fake persona to bury myself in. I didn't think anyone would see through it," she sighs. Marco's eyes soften.

"I can help you through this."
