A warm breeze caresses your skin as you walk down the sidewalk quietly, admiring the cherry blossoms as they bloomed beautifully in the sunlight. It was one of those Spring days in which everything just seemed to appear perfect in your eyes.

Your best friend, Sihyeon, walked beside you as she gushed about about the date she'd gone on last night with one of her college buddies. He was a gentleman, she claimed. Opened doors, paid the check and all of that jazz. You half-heartedly listened, your attention primarily on how well the weather was today. You were in a daze. Sihyeon didn't seem to notice as she carried on about how you needed to get out more and socialize, cast out a net and perhaps bring a boyfriend in. You could care less about any of that. You were still young, you still had the time to find the one.

In the midst of your daze you can hear Sihyeon call out to you, her voice a warning tone. A few short seconds later you're crashing into someone, the two of you falling to the concrete in a mess of limbs. The person you'd crashed into managed to cradle your head in their hands, protecting you from hitting the asphalt.

"Oh my god, are you okay?" The voice is deep and mellifluous.

There's a shout from a group of boys, majority of them laughing loudly and the others shouting out to their friend in both alarm and amusement. "Is she okay?!"

"I'm fine," your voice is muffled a little. "Do you mind getting off of me?"

"Oh, right, sorry," he apologizes and lifts himself up.

The male who had crashed into you seems young, around your age. His hair is dark brown and styled to perfection, framing his face perfectly. He reaches a hand out in order to help you up. Sihyeon is stood beside him, stiffling her laughter. Her eyes twinkle with amusememt. You take his hand. It's cold and soft all at the same time. He helps you up. You brush your the back of your clothes off, hoping that no dust had gotten on the back of your black skinny jeans.

"I really do apologize," the young man states, a look of embarrassment crossing his sharp features. "My friends and I were throwing a a frisbee, and I tried to warn you but you didn't seem to hear me."

"She likes to day dream," your friend comments with mischief sparkling in her green eyes.

The male looks at her and nods, turning his attention back to you, a look of guilt striking across his face. "Are you okay though? I didn't hurt you or anything, did I?"

"I'm fine," you offer a smile. "Really."

"Alright," he smiles.

"Yeosang! Hurry up and quit flirting!" One of the boys shouted.

You glance over his shoulder, nodding towards his group of friends. "Your friends seem to be growing impatient, you better go."

The boy, now known as Yeosang, clears his throat awkwardly and nods. "Of course, and once again, I deeply apologize for running into you."

"It was my fault, I'm the one who should have been paying attention," you brush off his apology awkwardly.

"Y/N, we're going to lose our reservation at that new noodle restaurant if we don't hurry," Sihyeon coughs from beside you.

"Ah is that where you're both off to?" Yeosang asks.

Sihyeon nods. "Have you eaten there?"

"My friends and I actually ate there last night," he answers. "It was good. You'll love it."

Sihyeon hums. "Well, perhaps Y/N and I should get going then."

Yeosang nods, offering you one more smile. "Maybe I'll see you around, goodbye Y/N."
