Liz couldn't believe it. Not only is her daughter a vampire but her ex-husband, Bill, took her and is doing God knows what to her. To add to all her problems, she didn't know where or Madelyn are which only added to her anxiety.
She grabbed her gun and checked it for ammunition. Tyler stood beside her ready to go get Caroline. It didn't settle with him that he knew where Caroline was but not Claire and his daughter. He knew Claire hated him and would probably rip his throat out once she learns that he's starting to fall for Caroline but he still needed to find them. For all he knows, Bill has them as well.
A knock on the door draws their attention. Liz and Tyler glance at each other before the sheriff walks towards the door. She opens it and sees a tall, nicely dressed man standing on the door mat.
"Ms. Forbes, we haven't had the pleasure of meeting yet" He says with a polite smile on his face. "Elijah Mikaelson" He holds his hand out for her to shake. Liz frowns her eyebrows and doesn't shake his hand, he takes no offense.
"You're Elijah?" Tyler asked walking closer.
"Tyler do you know this man?" Liz asked turning to him.
"Ah, so you're Tyler" He said anger flashing in his eyes. He enters the house and walks up to him. "The only reason why I'm not ripping your heart out is so that Claire may have the pleasure of doing it herself is she so wishes." He growled loud enough for Liz to hear.
"Why would Claire want to hurt you, Tyler?" Liz asked. Tyler glared at Elijah but Elijah was much more intimidating. "And who are you? How do you know my daughter?" Liz asked looking at Elijah.
"You're daughter has reunited with her fathers side of the family. She and Madelyn are with them now, safe and sound." Elijah assures looking away from Tyler.
"How do you know her?" Liz asked sternly.
"I will explain after we get Caroline" Elijah assures her.
"We can handle Caroline" Tyler snarks. In a blink of an eye Elijah has him pressed against the wall, hand to his throat. Liz's eyes widened realizing that he's a vampire.
"Drop him!" Liz ordered pointing her gun, with regular bullets, at Elijah.
"Do not test me, mutt" Elijah snapped. "I am a very patient man but my patience with anyone who harms my mate is almost nonexistent. The only reason you are alive is because of her and I doubt you will live much longer." Elijah tells him. "So why don't you stay out of my way. I am not leaving Caroline's life in your hands."
"Elijah, drop him" Liz snapped again. Elijah tightened his grip on Tyler before dropping him. "How do you know my daughter?"
"I suggest we leave now, I fear Caroline's been through enough" Elijah says walking out of the house. Liz puts her gun away, looking at Tyler.
"You ok?" Tyler nods standing up. "When we get back, you have a lot of explaining to do" She points at him. Tyler sighs and nods walking out of the house after her. Him, Liz and Elijah go to the cellar in the woods that Bill was keeping Caroline in.
