You, Clem, and AJ sat at a table with Ruby, Marlon, and Louis. Soon, Louis passes the bowls around.
Louis: Ladies and gentleman, dinner is served!
Clementine: Thanks.
You ate some of the stew.
Y/N: Holy fu-frick. I haven't ate a hot meal like this in a long, long time.
Clementine: Yeah. This is really good.
You look to your left and you see AJ downing his stew.
Ruby: Ugh, come on!
His looks at everyone and burps before he goes back to downing it.
Clementine burps, and so does AJ again. They both then look at you.
Y/N: If you can't beat 'em, join 'em.
You give them a loud burp. You three then started laughing.
Ruby: Oh, good lord!
Marlon: Enough!
Ruby: Thank you!
Marlon slowly turns to her and burps. She gets up and leaves as you all started laughing.
Louis: Goodnight, Rubyyyy!
AJ: Guys?
You and Clem look at him. His bowl was now empty.
Clementine: I'm sorry, kiddo. I'm sure they shared all they could.
Louis whistles at AJ and sides his bowl over to him.
Y/N: You sure?
Louis: You bet! I'm sure it's his first hot meal, so I want him to enjoy as much as he can.
You and Clem both give him a grateful smile.
AJ: Ah, I'm all done.
You looked at AJ, who now had two empty bowls in front of him.
Y/N: Already? Wow! I'm done, too.
Clementine: Same here.
AJ: So... what now?
Louis: I'll tell you what.
He turns his chair around and pulls out a deck of cards.
Louis: It's time for something important.
Brody: Oh, lord. Goodnight!
Louis: Vi! It's time.
Marlon stacks all of the bowls and moves them.
Marlon: What's the game tonight, Lou?
Louis: War! A game played by man and beast alike. The only game there is.
Y/N: I don't know how to play, but I'm still gonna win.
Louis: Cocky, I see.
Violet sits down next to Marlon.
Violet: It's easy. Everyone gets a stack of cards, everyone flips one over. Highest card wins.
Louis: And the winner gets to ask Clem and Y/N a question.
You and Clem look at him skeptical.
Louis: What? I wanna get to know you, we all do.
Clementine: And what if we win?
Louis: You can ask us one. It's only fair.
Clementine: Wait. What about AJ?
You both look around and you see him talking to Tenn.
