After Julie graduated, she moved in with her three best friends in New York. She soon found a boyfriend and they got married. They don't want kids.
After Sadie graduated, she moved to Italy and moved in with her best friend, Amber. They traveled across Europe together, and now own a coffee house. Sadie now has a boyfriend, Mike.
Hannah and Jack got married and had two kids, Ethan and Audrey. They moved to Whitby and Hannah is a professional guitar teacher.
Nathan and Jenny got married (of course) and had three kids, Alexander, Carter, and Cameron. They moved back to Florida and found a house right beside Disney world. Nathan is now an Imagineer.
As for Theo and Shailene, well, they lived happily ever after. They stayed in their house in Chicago and are very happy now. Their five grand kids come and visit every Christmas, Thanksgiving, and New Years.
This crazy family turns out to be happier than anything else.
