I'm sorry I should have added this in my earlier chapters. When the students are admitted to the school, all of their legal guardians sign contracts in the OFFICE, which also regulates the reporting part. All of the above is hence, not violating any laws. It is consensual. As the students aren't adults yet, their legal guardians decide what's best for them.
If you ask me why their parents or guardians would want to send them to such a school, it's because people like Jackson want their sisters or brothers to be disciplined. Or any other reason. Use your imagination :p
Punishment is the most basic aspect of BDSM. I agree some of the punishments are extreme, but that's how you train and dominate your sub in this fantasy world. When I wrote those scenes, I forgot the fact that they were students and then tried to portray the dominant and submissive.
I'd like to remind you all again, it's a fictional story. This isn't real and this isn't normal.
