Sports Festival: Calvary Battle

    Since me and Bakugou tied Midnight explained that we both need to be in a group so our ten million points would be whole. When she said that I felt all the stares boring into my back. Ten million sure is a lot. How will we avoid the headband from being taken?

     " You all have fifteen minutes to find your groups." Fifteen minutes gives me enough time to finish resting my quirk. I had accidentally stoped using it and now it needs to recharge.

    " Oi tape boy, come here for a minute. You too alien girl." Looks like Bakugou had a plan. That's good since I'm too tired to think of one myself.

    " We have names you know." Sero said.

    " Yeah whatever. I have a plan and it involves you two." He starts explaining the plan to us and the other two agree on it. It's actually a pretty good idea of I do say so myself.

    " Ok everyone. Begin!" Midnight yells after everyone is situated.

    As soon as the match begins everyone comes after us. From my position as rider I hold on tight as we run to avoid the teams. I shot ice behind me to slow most of them down. It worked on most of them. One team got close to which Bakugou blasted an explosion to get them to back off.

    You see our main goal is avoid at all costs. If someone gets close to graving my headband I will use the air quik I used in the first event to lift myself up with some of Sero's tape attached to me so I'm technically still on the horse. Mina's job is to use her acid if Todoroki uses his ice on us.

    Of course our plan also involves getting some headbands. Just because we are at the top doesn't mean we should completely avoid the task at hand, which is get as many points as possible.

    A team that mainly involves class b students approaches us and starts spouting off about how we were stupid to not fall back and observe. Then the rider does something only I thought I could do. He used Bakugou's quirk to try and attack us.

    " Woah nice quirk you have here. No wonder you like it so much.maube with this I can get that headband."

    He reaches for me so we use part two of the plan. Levitation here we go. Sero quickly attached the tape as I rise up but the kid does something I was not expecting. He blasted the tape. I was so shocked that I momentarily lost my breath causing me to free fall. The kid then tried to blast me and I use a quirk that I never thought I'd use.

    " Hey my time with it's not up. What happened to my quirk?? What did you do to my quirk you little..." Sero taped his mouth shut while simultaneously grabbing the headband and told him that that was enough. Bakugou just smirked as Mic made a comment about me using Aizawa's quirk. Aizawa didn't seem so amused though telling me that it was a dangerous move.

    " We have two headbands now and three teams coming this way." I  told them. They all got ready to fight or run as I situated the headbands so students couldn't see the numbers. When they got close I formed ice in front of them and left a spit for us to run out with.

    " Five minutes left." Midnight yelled as we snagged our fifth headband. I added it to my stack around my neck. Todoroki had frozen some groups and has the same amount as me now. And he looks as if he is coming our way.

    " Don't worry guys if need be I can use Uraraka's quirk to float us so they can't reach." I say when Todoroki is just out of earshot. There is no way I'm letting him get our points.

    " We've just got to last a few more minutes. I think we will manage Vulture Girl." Just as Todoroki reaches us he forms a big ice wall around us leaving him the only exit.

    " Hold on guys. Time for plan c." I touch them with my hands so they start floating and I float slightly above them. Before the match started I had Sero wrap some tape around everyone so if we had to resort to this they don't go floating off.

     " One minute left." Midnight yelled after we got over the ice wall.

    " Ground us Sero." I yell down to him. He uses the arm that wasn't holding onto me to shoot some tape down to the ground so we all got pulled down . I wasn't going to have everyone free fall. Just as we touched the ground Midnight announced that the match was over.

    " AND WITH THAT TEAM L/N HAS AN OVERWHELMING VICTORY! THEY HOLD FIRST PLACE. SECOND US TEAM TODOROKI. THIRD IS SHINSOU. AND FOURTH IS TEAM MIDORIYA. And with that I'm off to lunch. " Mic announced. Yeah and I have a feeling that these two victories are going to bite me in the ass with the next challenge.

    " How did you know we would need to do that y/n?" Mina asked while melting the tape off of her.

    " You know how I'm a scavenger? Well Todoroki is a hunter, and one that likes to trap his prey at that. I figured he would try and back us into a corner so I needed an escape plan. When I realized that this hedgehog had a plan involving Sero I came up with one myself." They looked surprised at my explanation. It's not that shocking.

    "Let's go eat lunch guys. We will need the energy cause I have a feeling that the next part of the festival will take a lot of work." I agree with Sero and we quickly make our way to the lunch hall.
