A What

I got a few more minutes of studying while Shinsou slept on my bed. Apparently he was tired. The fact  that I let a random guy sleep on my bed seemed to anger the guy teaching me though so not much teaching was done.

" So is this right?" I asked motioning towards the sentence I attempted to fix.

" No you forgot to ad the apostrophe."

    " This is so confusing."

" Only cause you're making it confusing."

" If you are putting two words together while removing a letter you ad the apostrophe where the letter was removed." I heard from behind me.

" Oh so like this?" I say while fixing my mistake.

" Now you've got it." Shinsou was looking over my shoulder at my notebook.

    " Thank you."

" When did you wake up?" Bakugou asked with a hint of anger in his voice. This whole time while Shinsou slept he was in his mild zone. Now he's reaching towards the hot zone.

" When you started hitting her with notebook for picking a noun when she was supposed to find the verb. Seriously I don't see how she puts up with you."

" I don't see how it's any of your business. All she is to you at this point is a sparing partner if Aizawa chooses to have you two train together."

" From the way he looked dashing out the door you may just be a kitten to him." I state absentmindedly.

" A what?" They both spat out at the same time causing them to glare at each other.

" Did I say that out loud?" They nodded. " When he sees a kitten I have to pull him away so he doesn't bring it back with us. Maybe you shouldn't have told us your living conditions."

" Why would he adopt me into his household? He's just training me. It also looks to me as if you are already too much for him."

" He sees himself when he looks at you. That's enough to sway the decision. He sees my mom when he looks at me so he tolerates me." I say while working on the last question on the page. " Who wants to bet against me on this?" I bet he's going to come through that door saying something along the lines of I have a new roommate. Or maybe I have a new brother. Maybe even that he now has a son and a daughter. He's actually really a softy so I wouldn't be surprised with that last one."

" Did I hit you too hard with that notebook? There is no way he went out and adopted this weirdo just because he lives in a bad apartment building. He's just training him."

" Yeah. Where is this coming from? Maybe you should take a break from studying and sleep."

" Don't agree with me you damn extra."

" We have a new housemate. This time he doesn't have a choice. Officer
Hopkins agreed to let me look after him as long as I get more food in the house."

    " Pay up you two."

" We didn't agree to anything." They both once again said simultaneously. Bakugou got angry at him again and this time tried to attack.

Aizawa walked in and saw the position we were all in. Bakugou with his hand near Shinsou's throat, me trying to pull him away and Shinsou standing on my bed trying to get away from the angry guy that is trying to attack him.

" What is going on here? I leave you guys alone for an hour and someone is close to being murdered."

" To be fair everything was fine till I made a bet." I activated a strength quirk and pulled Bakugou to the ground.

    " What bet causes murder?"

" Weather or not Shinsou was a kitten to you."

    " A what to me?"

" She bet that you were leaving to inadvertently adopt me instead of actually going to pick something up for training purposes. Me and that explosive dandelion said you wasn't.

" How does that translate to this?" He asked while motioning to me sitting on Bakugou's back with his hands held back.

" I agreed with him and talked at the same time as him. I think he was also angry that I slept in her bed."

    " Oh. That's understandable."

" WHAT?" We all three said.

" A similar thing happened to me when I was your age. I'm not going to explain why or give details. I'll just say in this case I was Bakugou, your mom was obviously you and well you know who was Shinsou." Oh.

" That doesn't even make sense. Who the hell is you know who?" Bakugou asked.

" He doesn't like talking about him so shut up." I learned very quickly that when the topic of two people comes up he evades it like I do with the topic of my father.

I situate myself into a more comfortable position by sitting criss cross on his back. He gave up the struggling when he noticed I wasn't budging. Most people would be standing up to make me fall off but with Aizawa here he doesn't want to risk doing anything to make him angry. Hurting me falls into the category of things he won't do around the teacher.

" I still don't understand what you were saying? Why is it understandable?" Shinsou asked.

" He's basically saying that Bakugou has formed a protective nature towards me and you doing anything that could be considered either harmful, flirty, or all in all villainous could set him off. Right?"

" Well close enough. Just get off of the kid and let him go home. His mother called and asked where he went after school so I told her I was tutoring him. She wants him back soon." Bakugou jumped up the moment I got off of him.

" I did not form a protective nature towards her. I just hate being interrupted." He said as he grabbed his bag and stomped out of the house.

" Kids are so stupid when it comes to this stuff." Aizawa said with a sigh. He turned around and walked back out of my room.

" So what am I supposed to do? I'm being held captive here and have no clothes."

" Here's your stuff." Aizawa said setting a few boxes in my room.

" How did you find my place?" I understand the shock.

" You said run down. There is two run down areas in the city and one a little out of it. Me and Hopkins asked around and soon someone pointed us to where you lived. You weren't kidding when you said your living conditions should be kept a secret."

" How did you get in? I locked it."

    " The lock was broken."

    " That's breaking an entering."

" The officer condoned it. Abandoned children need a home."

    " That's my private stuff."

" Nothing I haven't seen before." Watching them fight is comical. It's almost like watching a lazy debate team.

" Why take me in in the first place?"

" Revert back to my argument to breaking an entering." Yep. Lazy debate team. I sigh and leave them to bicker over the one thing they would fight over with Bakugou there.
