Walking up the stairs with my hairbrush in hand I muttered darkly under my breath after just being shooed away from the mirror in the bathroom as I went on my search for another. Walking towards the boys dorm steps I passed Crabbe and Goyle as I offered a smile before knocking on the boys dorm door, walking in a moment later after getting a hum for a reply as Blaise looked at me while he finished buttoning his shirt
"Alright, Lia?"
"Yeah, are you?"
"Just the usual, how come you're still in your pyjamas?" He asked curiously with an amused look as I looked down to my running shorts and vest as his eyes turned to my hairbrush as he tried not to laugh
"Okay, stop judging me. I've been kicked out while the girls do their make up and now I'm looking for a spare mirror I can do my hair in"
"So is this you asking to use our bathroom?"
"Yeah" I said with a smile as he shook his head laughing
"Go for it, I'm warning you now though that Draco is in the shower, if you're quick enough you might be able to get out before he knows you're in there" he said laughing as I shook my head amused and thanked him as I walked to the bathroom, only now realising the water was running as I knocked a couple of times and waited for an answer as Blaise looked at me
"Just go in, you didn't get an answer so he'll still be showering. If he gets annoyed just blame me"
"I was going to"
"Oh wow thanks Amelia"
"No problem" I said to him with a grin as I opened the door, not going in as I waited on a reaction. Not getting one I warily poked my head in to find the bathroom empty apart from the shower which was sectioned off with the curtain drawn as I carefully shut the door and made my way to the mirror as I grabbed a nearby facecloth and cleared it so I could see myself as I listened to the water turn off just as I had taken my hair out of the messy ponytail it had been in
"I wouldn't walk out, I'm in here-"
"What?!"
"Morning!" I called out as I tried to stop myself from laughing as I grabbed my brush and looked up to the mirror, catching sight of Draco who had stuck his head out from behind the curtain as he gripped it tightly and water dropped from his hair and onto the floor as I gave him a smile
"What in the name of Merlin are you doing in here?! I'm showering!"
"Correction: you were showering, the water's off now"
"What are you doing in here?" He asked again as he tried to stare me down and I started laughing while brushing my hair
"That look doesn't scare or intimidate me. But to answer your question: Pansy and Daphne kicked me away from the mirror so I had to search for another to put my hair into a ponytail"
"Why didn't you kick them back?"
"Because I would've had two girls chasing me and I don't want to deal with that this early in the morning. Do you want your towel?" I asked as I watched him glance around before spotting it beside me as he sighed before nodding as I walked over and passed him it while he mumbled a thanks
