"Who do you three think you are?"

"Well I'm drop"

"I'm dead"

"And I'm gorgeous"

"Together we work in perfect harmony"

"But when we're apart-"

"Pansy is on the floor sobbing, I'm still dead and Daphne is still one beautiful beautiful soul" I sighed, looking at Blaise as he stared between the three of us with an unamused look on his face

"Shut up" he muttered as I looked at Daphne who sat with her eyes narrowed, staring dead at me as my eyes widened and I looked about frantically

"What've I done?"

"Why the fuck do I have the beautiful soul? Why can't I be the dead one?"

"Because I am more physically and mentally and emotionally dead than you" I told her with a shrug as she stared at me blinking and I reached for a sandwich

"We've all gone very quiet"

"That's because you went all depressing on us"

"Hey. Lia" looking up I watched Pansy lean across the table and stare at me face to face as I blinked

"Did it hurt-?"

"Yes"

"You didn't even wait for the 'when you fell from heaven' part" she said quietly as she leant back and sat properly as I let a smirk grow on my face

"That's because everything hurts"

"Oh wow, relatable"

"Blaise. You're not helping the situation" Pansy told him as I started laughing and looked up, scanning around the hall as I looked at Cedric who gave a half smile to me before turning away as I continued to stare at him

"Amelia-"

"No"

"But I-"

"No"

"What's-"

"Cedric seems upset" I told them as I got to my feet instantly, making my way to the Hufflepuff table within seconds as I dropped down next to him as he looked at me surprised

"Hi-"

"What's wrong?"

"What?"

"What's wrong? You don't seem okay-"

"I'm fine-"

"Liar"

"What? No"

"Yes-"

"No-"

"Yes. This Hufflepuff is not a good liar and we don't lie to each other. Do we?"

"No-"

"So are you going to tell me?" I asked as he paused, reaching forward for his goblet as he drunk from it slowly while I stared at him, watching as he glanced at me while lowering it

"You watched me the whole time-"

"Damn right I did, can you answer me please Cedric?"

"I'm just tired Amelia. Just tired"

"Of?" I asked slowly, raising an eyebrow as he looked at me, a smile growing as he started laughing

"Just tired Lia, that's all. I've been studying too much"

"Then stop"

"Absolutely not"

"Wrong answer-"

"No-"

"Yes-"

"No-"

"Is this the only thing your conversations consist of?"

"No-"

"Yes-"

"I don't know who said what but one of you are wrong" Abbie muttered as we both started laughing before I looped my arms around his right one tightly as he stared at me

"I kind of need to use that arm to eat you know"

"You have a left arm for a reason Cedric-"

"I'm useless with my left arm Lia. You know that"

"You're right. I do"

"So can I get my arm back?"

"Nope"

"Wow. Are you just going to let me starve then?"

"Of course not!"

"Then let me have my arm back Lia" he sighed as I stopped while the two of us stared at each other as I let go of him with a grumble as I sent him a look

"Don't scowl at me-"

"I'm no scowlin'!"

"Well if you're not scowling then you're getting annoyed and don't you go getting annoyed at me-"

"Just because I'm getting annoyed doesnae mean that am gettin' annoyed at you! I'm just annoyed at the fact that you seem upset but you arenae tellin' me the actual reason as tae why!" I told him, a slight loud edge to my voice as I stared at him, watching as he raised both his eyebrows at me and I turned away and propped my head in my hand with a mumble

"What was that?"

"Nothing that matters-"

"No, Lia. Tell me please, you're getting bothered"

"No I'm not" I told him quietly as his arm wrapped around me and I turned to look at him, watching as he grinned at me and I tried to stop the smile from growing on my face

"There we go. There's that smile-"

"I don't like smiling-"

"I like you smiling-"

"But smiling means I'm happy"

"Oh my god" Turning, we both stared at Abbie as she sat there shaking with silent laughter as I shook my head amused, using Cedric as a pillow as I leant my head against him, feeling him rest his head on mine a moment later with a laugh
