|Chapter forty one : Interested|

"You know, the more 'y's' someone has in their 'hey', the more interested they are in you. That being said, heyyyyyyyyyyyy!" Blaise said happily as he dumped himself down next to me with a grin as I looked back at him blankly

"...he"

"Blaise has just been introduced to the friend zone"

"... fuck you all" he muttered to Pansy, Daphne and me as we all started laughing before I hugged him, sending a smile his way as he looked away amused and I grabbed a piece of toast quickly, watching as it got snatched from my hand as I whipped around and stared at Blaise, getting cut off before I could even say anything

"Wait... Blaise is interested in you?"

"You didn't know?" I asked Daphne as I turned to her, not being able to help the smile grow on my face as I glanced towards Blaise for a split second, the two of us sharing the same look

"No! Oh my Merlin, spill!"

"No, she was on about us two dating-"

"What!?"

"Want to go Blaise?" I asked, drowning out the two as I looked at him and he nodded

"Certainly-"

"No! Get back here!" Pansy shouted after the two of us had stood up with our bags over our shoulders as Blaise wrapped his arm around my shoulders and we turned to them

"No. We're late for our snogging session-"

"Amelia!" Continuing to walk away with Blaise the two of us tried to contain our laughter until we got outside of the hall, the two of us bursting into fits of laughter as we walked down towards transfiguration classroom

"Oh fucking hell-"

"Do you think they believed it?"

"Probably, they're probably still thinking it over-"

"They probably are-"

"Should we continue this? At least for today?"

"Definitely" he laughed as we looked at each other with grins, laughing again as we walked into the classroom and sat down together as he took ahold of my hand and I rested it on the table as other people started walking in, both of us listening into the same conversation

"But uniform should be banned! It doesn't let us show our personality!-"

"Yeah and that's a good thing you two faced twat!" I called out with a grin as a couple of people started laughing, a girl at the door whipping around with a sour look on her face, curly light brown hair and a strange glower in her eyes as she stormed off to the back of the class annoyed as I turned to Blaise laughing

"Who was that?"

"I don't fucking know, she was a Gryffindor though-" I told him laughing, cutting myself off when I felt a hand on my shoulder as I turned around, looking at Holly who stood grinning

"So we share a mutual hatred for Lavender Brown now do we?"

"Apparently so, she was a Gryffindor so I had to throw an insult at her" I smirked as she scowled slightly, smacking the back of my head as I grabbed her hand, swinging her down before wrapping her into a headlock while she started squirming as I kept ahold of Blaise's hand before glancing around the room

"Nothing to see here folks"

"How long are you going to keep her like that?"

"Until she passes out-"

"Amelia!"

"Or until she taps out" I added on as I looked to the door, watching Pansy and Daphne walk in, laughing when they seen Holly as I seen Cedric walk past, a moment passed before he walked back to the doorway and peered at me, completely ignoring the fact that I was holding Holly as he raised his eyebrows at me and Blaise, about to walk into the class when he was shooed off down the corridor as McGonagall walked in a moment later as Holly frantically tapped my arm and I let her go as she scampered off to her seat.

"Well that was eventful, the class hasn't even started yet-"

"I'm here, of course it's going to be eventful-"

"Oi!"

"Oh what do you two want now?" Blaise asked exasperated as I started laughing and we looked to the two who were sitting in front of us

"We want our questions answered!"

"You asked questions?"

"Yes! About you two!" Daphne hissed as I raised both mine and Blaise's hand off the table before slamming them down as he recoiled his hand with a look of pain and started shaking it around

"There's nothing going on between us. I got bored of him" I shrugged as the two instantly burst out laughing, turning around when I kicked their chairs as I smiled at Blaise

"I'm kidding, I could never get bored of you"
