"So you guys still aren't talking?"

"She can go and shove a hippogriff up her ass before I talk to her again-"

"Woah! Bloody hell!"

"That was so graphic!" Blaise shouted as he looked away with a look of mild disgust, Daphne staring at her with a look of horror as I let out a small and quiet laugh

"How are you laughing?"

"Because it's funny, she just came out and said it and I love that- oh no"

"What?"

"No no no no"

"What?"

"I've got a letter heading my way" I whispered as they turned, watching Chiara soar straight towards me as I ducked under the table as she flew around me as I lifted my head, raising my arms to cover my face as she tried to claw at me with her talons

"Do you need help-?"

"Chuck her some fucking toast or something!" I told Daphne loudly as she suddenly stopped and I looked about wearily, finding her on the table eating toast as I quickly snatched the letter from her and opened it as I hastily read through it, smiling slightly as I looked at Nathan's writing as it was taken from me a moment later

"Bloody idiot- I love how he ends with 'sorry if I annoyed your bird too much'-"

"Lia"

"Yes?"

"He called you hun"

"Oh I know. I usually call him honey, hen or babe. It's all good, he's amazing honestly, we love each other" I laughed as I looked to Chiara who seemed to have of calmed down considerably as she let out a hoot and stared at me

"Don't be in a mood with me, be in a mood with Nathan- oh, and she's gone" I mumbled as she flew away, leaving a feather on the table as I smiled as I looked up

"Nathan? Who's Nathan? Your boyfriend?"

"What?! You're dating somebody?!"

"I-"

"Why the hell didn't you say?!"

"Because I'm not dating him" I told them laughing as I shook my head, slightly pink in the face as Pansy looked at me with a grin

"You bastard you started this! You know he's like thirty-"

"Oh shit-"

"Thank god you two aren't dating-"

"Will you two shut up?" I asked laughing as I turned away and continued with my dinner. Looking up a moment later my smile dropped as I stared at the Hufflepuff table

"What's wrong with you?"

"I don't believe it-"

"What?"

"Cedric swore-"

"You can hear him from here?"

"No you dipshit. The other day. Cedric Diggory fucking swore" I said in disbelief before standing up and going over with my eyebrows furrowed as he looked up at me as I walked down the bench to him

"What did I do?"

"You swore-"

"What?!-"

"We missed that?!"

"No I didn't! Don't lie Lia!"

"I'm not lying though. Am I?"

"Yes you are. You have no proof-"

"I do. And to quote 'Wait one fucking second!' That's what you said to me after I had said to you that I had killed somebody-"

"No. No, that did not happen-"

"Yes it did!" I told him laughing as I was grabbed and dragged down onto the bench as I sat with a grin on my face

"Just sit still and stay quiet"

"No-"

"Yes-"

"No. I have the right to speak-"

"Lia, look, I love you but I'm sorry-" he told me before clamping his hand over my mouth as I tried to peel it away laughing, trying to push his arm off as he continued with his food, looking at me with a grin

"So feeble- Sorry, what was that? I didn't quite hear you" he laughed as I stared at him and he moved his hand away grinning as I sat up properly and sorted my ponytail as he held his hand out and I shook my head at the inhaler he offered me

"Are you sure?"

"Yeah, I'm fine"

"And what the fuck is that?" Turning, we both looked at Andrew who was staring at the inhaler with a look of horror as I picked it up from Cedric's palm before shaking it and taking the cap off it as I lifted it to his face, pressing down as he let out a shout, scooting down the bench away from us towards Ethan as I turned to Cedric laughing as he took it back, tucking it away in his pocket.
