"How do you feel about babies?" I asked Pansy as she failed to look up from her Herbology homework
"They're alright I guess, if I saw one I wouldn't stab it" she shrugged, a simpleness to her voice as I stared at her from where she sat beside me on the couch
"Why would you stab a child?"
"I just said I wouldn't stab it"
"I-I... I'm still confused"
"Good"
"No! Not good!" I told her as she rolled her parchment up with a laugh while grinning at me as she leant back and Blaise walked up the stairs towards us, sitting down next to me a moment later
"What did I miss?"
"She's just said she would stab a child!"
"I can believe that-"
"You heard me wrong Lia, I said if I saw one I wouldn't stab it- ...Blaise?"
"Yes?"
"You're a prick"
"Awh thank you Pansy. I appreciate these few kind words you give me" he said to her as I sat with an amused smirk while he turned to me
"Also-"
"I never like these 'Also's' Blaise comes out with"
"I don't know how to tell you this but you're in love with me"
"I am...?" I asked confused, turning away from him with a look before I lifted my head quickly
"Oh my god I am!"
"What fucking kind of confession did I just witness?" Daphne asked as we all turned to her, amused looks on our faces as she walked over and sat on the floor in front of us as Blaise wrapped an arm around me with a grin
"It was a confession of our love"
"Bloody hell, get away as quick as you can Amelia. While you still have the chance-"
"Fuck you. I'm not that bad of a person to be around-"
"Debatable-"
"Who said you're a bad person to be around?"
"Me, and myself. My head is a very dark place"
"He has one of those?"
"Pansy, yes. And you also aren't that good at whispering you know"
"You were meant to hear her-"
"I'm not sure I was-"
"You're not sure of a lot of things are you?"
"No-"
"Where the fuck is Millicent?!" I asked loudly as I looked around as they did too
"Is she even still here? Did she drop out of Hogwarts? Is she still alive?!"
"I don't know-"
"Pansy that's not comforting in the slightest" Daphne muttered as I let out a laugh, Blaise disappearing awhile later as I headed down to the dorm, the two following me as I looked at them after I sat down at my desk
"Why do you feel the need to follow me?"
"I don't want to be left with Pansy by myself-"
"Fair-"
"Rude!"
"No it's not" I laughed while pulling my parchment out as Pansy pulled out her history of magic things with a groan
"I don't want to do this-"
"Pass it"
"What?!"
"Pass it over here before I change my mind" I told her as she jumped to her feet, passing me her half done homework with a grin while I pushed my letter aside
"I want to hug you"
"Ok. Anything else you want to do?"
"Pass History of Magic"
"I mean, me too but-"
"Pass your work over here Daphne"
"Amelia, you don't know how much I fucking love you" she sighed as I let out a laugh before turning to the two
"It's a one off. Just don't leave it this long again. Got it?"
"Got it"
