NATE AND KLAUS ARRIVE AT MYSTIC FALLS, RIGHT AS THE CEREMONY ENDED, NATE watches as Crystal glares at witches returning the favor, until Klaus throws a cap like a disk at Aja and it beheads her. Her headless body falls to the ground and the noise stops, and he decapitated another witch with a cap, and he smiles at her. Crystal stares at him, surprised of him being here.
Klaus says holding another cap, "There are plenty more of these to go around. Who's next? We can do this all day." Caroline turns to Klaus, smiling.
"Crystal." Cora says behind her and her friends, "are you okay?" Cora rushes to her, Chris and Agnes right next to her, with Dean right behind them. Cora inspects Crystal of any injuries.
"Mom, I'm okay, I'm okay." Crystal smiles a little "promise."
"We felt you using your magic." Chris tells her.
"Just protecting my friends." She says smiling. Nate and Klaus couldn't believe their eyes, Cora and Chris Fairchild stood before them.
"Chris." Nate says.
"Nate." Chris says.
"Well isn't this a gathering." Finn says, "Crystal." Chris stands in front of his niece. "Brothers." Nate looks at his brother, part of him had forgotten Finn, and what he was like, before everything. When they were alive.
"Back for round two?" Dean asks him. Nate and Klaus look at the Winchester and Fairchild Family. Finn was dead, but they didn't know exactly who killed him, they were told the group killed their brother. From behind him Lexie killed him. "He was a bad guy, right?" She asks and Stefan smiles at her, Crystal does too.
"He'll be back." Chris says, "Crystal you need to leave."
"I'm not leaving my friends." Crystal argues.
"Well you will if you end up dead!" Dean exclaims, "Crys I've let you have your senior year, it's done, you're done here." Everyone understood that this is a family matter, and they quickly leave. Nate can't help but look at Crystal one more time before forcing himself to walk away.
NATE WAS TRYING TO FIGURE OUT WHY HIS BROTHER'S COMMENT BOTHERED HIM SO much. He had been so taken back by it, and everything, seeing Cora, and Chris, his old friend Chris. He had felt guilty seeing Cora, and Chris tending to Crystal. It's what should have been, if he had stayed away from the Fairchild Siblings maybe they would have been alive today. He knew Agnes blamed him.
Nate knew what Crystal was capable of her, what her brothers were capable of. Hell he'd seen her own mother take a dark turn after Ben. He'd heard about the dark turn she'd taken, the light she once had, was gone. He heard about her basically erasing Ben, from existence in their coven. Witches were too scared to mention him to her, or around her, Ben's name had become an unspoken one.
