"You're right, that's me." may nagsalita kaya agad akong napatingin sa paligid at nakita siyang natatayo sa tapat ng glass wall kung saan kita mo ang mataas na tanawin dito sa Manila.

Tila nakaramdam ako ng kaba dahil sa napakalakas nitong dating, nakakaindimidate ito kahit hindi pa ito nakatingin sa akin. Nakasuot ito ng kulay itim na pants at dresser shirt na matt black, nakatupo ang mga sleeve nito hanggang sa kanyang braso at nakasuot ito ng isang mamahaling relo at nakataas ang buhok nito sa napakalinis na paraan.

Huminga ako ng malalim at tuwid na tayong nagsalita at binati siya, "Good Morning Sir, Cortez, Alliana Candice C. ho ako po ang pinadala ni Mr. Oliveros dito," confident kong sambit, sabi sa akin ni Ma'am Celectin dapat maging matapang ako dito sa Manila para hindi ako maliitin ng ibang tao at iyon ang gagawin ko simula ngayon.

Dahan-dahan itong lumingon sa akin habang nakalagay ang kanyang kamay sa kanyang bulsa, pagharap nito ay natigilan ako dahil parang familiar siya sa akin pero hindi ko alam kung saan ko siya nakita.

Tumango at bago sumagot, "Pinsan ko ho siya, Sir" tumango tango siya na tila nalinawan na ito at pinagpatuloy ang pagbabasa. "Do you have any ideas about the company?" he asks and this time he look at me and our eyes met, umiwas ako dahil nga sobrang nakaka intimidate siya.

Parang sobrang mataas na tao itong tinitignan ko na parang kasalanan kung ito ay titigan ko. "Actually, Sir I wasn't really familiar with the company but I'm whiling to know more about this company and gain more knowledge as you lend me my job Sir," sagot ko habang nakatingin sa aking hita, hindi ko alam kung titignan ko ba siya o wag na.

"It's good that you are honest with my question, as you start here in the company, I want you to know what's really the purpose of a Marketing research Analyst in our company ok," he said.

Tumango at sinipat ito ng saglit na sulyap bago tumingin muli sa ibang parte ng silid na ito. Nagbabasa ito at tila hinihintay ang sasagutin ko. "Ok po Sir," sagot ko at taas noong hinarap ito pero hindi ko siya tinitignan mas tinuon ko ang tingin sa glass wall na nasa likod nito.

You will gather data on consumers' demographics, preferences, and needs, their buying habits also, and you must interpret what the data means for our clients when I bring you to my meetings. You will also forecast future trends, and handling the future new issued perfumes for the company are we clear?" He said like a pro professional personality, with his simple words I feel like I was talking to the richest and genius businessman in the country.

Naamize ako sa uri ng pagsasalita nito, hindi ko alam pero pakiramdam ko isa siya sa mga dapat iniidulo pagdating sa business. "Yes Sir," he said.

"And I heard from Mr. Oliveros that you're in need to help your family that's why he suggested you here and ass your new employer, I also want to offer you sideline job that would bring you extra income and at the same time it won't affect your full-time job," natigilan ako sa kanyang sinabi kaya tinignan at hirap ko siya ng maayos at tinignan sa kanyang mag mata.
