"You never love me Alliana," after he said that he left me here hanging.

Wala na siya, and he ended us just like that. Nanghihina akong napaupo sa sahig at parang tumigil ang tibok ng aking puso at parang lahat ng nararamdaman ko kanina ay naglaho, lahat ng pangmamanhid, panginginig, kaba, at bigat ng aking pakiramdam, nawala lahat.

"Where's Dad?" he seriously ask to his Mom, "Ah nasa office room anak" tila excited na sambit ng kanyang ina. Tumango si Cad bago ako tinignan and he mouthed to wait for him, I nodded at him and look at his Mom.

His Mom looked at me from head to toe, and whispered "Gold digger" she said and walked past me.

Agad akong napayuko dahil sa sinabi niya, I wanted to start a new life with Cadmus and I badly want to work this thing up because I know he's worth it but I guess I was traumatized by the word gold digger.

"Love, Let's go" Cadmus got back and reached for my hand. I was about to hold his hand when I saw her Mother staring at me like I was the poorest woman on the earth.

"Tara" sambit ko at hindi na lang hinawakan ang kamay ni Cadmus at sinubukan iwasan siya para hindi magalit ang kanyang ina.

"Why do my children always choose people who are after their money?" napalingon ako ng magsalita ang Mom ni Cadmus sa likuran ko.

"P-po?" I ask. "Hindi po pera ang habol ko sa anak niyo Ma'am" matapang kong sambit pero magalang ko itong ipinaparating.

"Really prove it," she said and smirked, "You can never marry my son if you don't have millions on your bank account"

"Po," million? Saan ako kukuha 'non?

"That's my deal" she said and walked away. Kasabay ng pagalis niya ay ang pagbaba ni Cadmus dala ang ibang gamit ni Chantel.

He smiled at me and held my hand, "Let's go," and that is the time I will work hard to earn millions in my bank account.

"Hindi totoo yon," I keep on whispering it and reach for the wallet that I throw on the floor, kinuha ko ang aking bank statement.

I need one hundred thousand pesos to have a million in my bank account...

"I can't wait to have our own here running and playi----," I cut him off.

"Can we not talk about that" I whisper but I know he heard it. "Why not we're near the marriage stage Love why not we plan----" tumayo ako at binitawan ang kutsara tinidor at tinignan siya.

"Aalis na ako" I said and grabbed my back and went straight out of the pad, leaving him inside. Hindi pa ako handa sa mga ganung bagay. Pagsakay ko sa elevator tinignan ko muli ang ipon ko sa banko kulang pa ako ng 100K.

"Kaya hindi pa ako handa Cad, hintayin mo lang malapit na bakit ba kasi mayaman ka at mahirap lang ako" I whisper.

Napangiti ako habang nakahiga dito sa sahig at pinagmamasdan ang bank statement ko na ito. "Wala ka nang silbi ngayon," I bitterly whisper and throw it away.

Umayaw na siya sa akin.

"Love I'm sorry, I just gave it to Papa because I want him to buy new clothes" he whispers at my back.

"Kaya kong bilhan ng bagong damit ang Papa ko Cadmus" sambit ko kahit nakapikit ako.

"Yes, I know, I'm sorry Love '' he whispered and kissed my cheeks, I didn't bother to look at him and just let myself fall asleep.

"Goodnight Love, sweet dreams," he said and kissed me again.

Nakaidlip ako pero nagising din ako di kalaunan, hinarap ko siya at hinawi ang bagsak nitong buhok, pumatak ang luha ko habang pinagmamasdan ang mapayapa niyang mukha.

"Ayaw kong malaman pa ng Mama mo na bibigyan mo ng pera ang magulang ko, kaya ko naman gawin iyon, kaya ko lahat Love" I whsiper kiss his lips while he sleeping.

"Ang mahal mo naman kasing mahalin" I whsiper and chuckled before I hugged him so tight, at siniksik ang aking sarili sa kanyang dibdib.

Umupo ako at tinignan ang paligid ng silid, malapit na ako eh, malapit na tayo Cadmus bakit ngayon ka ba sumuko sa akin.

Iabot ko ang aking cellphone at tinawagan si Amiel.

"Hello ate? Bakit ka tumawag anong oras na ah," bungad nito sa akin mula sa kabilang linya.

Tinignan ko ang larawan namin ni Cadmus dito sa kwarto at muling pumatak ang luha ko.

"Sunduin mo ako uuwi na ako dyan,I whisper.
