Chapter 13 : And So They Hear About Fury

The quinjet lands and they are immediately greeted by Tony. Y/N smiles and runs up to him.

"So how about you get that ring off of him?" Y/N says cheerfully. Tony looks at Loki and then back at Y/N.

"What are Fury's conditions?" Tony asks as Loki walks up to them.

"That I keep a watchful eye on him and that if anything seems suspicious to me the ring goes back on." Tony said the deactivation phrase and took the ring off as Loki sighed relieved. "I never thought about this but was wearing that thing painful?"

"Yes but more like a constant dull headache." Y/N looked at Tony who put the ring on a chain and then around her neck.

"I'll see if I can update it so there is no pain." Tony said and then patted Loki on the back. Both men seeing the slight concern in her eyes.

"Are you worried about little old me?" Loki said mocking her tone from earlier. Tony then ruffled her hair.

"That's cute Witch Hunter." Tony teased. She glared at the two men in front of her and crossed her arms. She didn't say anything and started to walk inside. Tony and Loki chuckled and walked after her. When she opened the door she ran right into Thor.

"Ow..." She said rubbing her head and looked up to the grinning blonde who decided it was a good idea to throw her over his shoulder. "THOR PUT ME DOWN NOW!" Tony started bursting out into laughter as Thor carried her like that down the stairs.

"Oh please I clearly can get down the stairs faster than you." Thor then jumped over the railing, skipping a couple flights of stairs.

"ARE YOU INSANE?!" Y/N screamed angrily. She didn't exactly fear for her life but she was a little fearful since Thor could be clumsy.

"Brother put her down." Loki sighed and sounded very annoyed.

"I think this is rather funny, seeing her squirm like that." Tony said as he kept laughing. Y/N having had enough and decided to then wrap her legs around Thor's waist and maneuver herself to where she was on his back where she smacked Thor upside the head before flipping off of him. Thor started to belly laugh.

"You really are an impressive opponent Y/N!" His voice ever booming but she couldn't help but chuckle. She stood up straight and patted her outfit. Loki had teleported to them as he stared daggers at his brother. Once they got to the floor where Tony's lab was, Y/N pulled out her phone and texted Clint telling him about how Loki is now part of the team. She kept in contact with Clint and same with his wife. Y/N, Natasha, and Fury were the only ones to know of Clint's family.

"How is Legolas doing?" Tony asked. Y/N chuckled at that nickname for Clint since it did kind of suit him.

"He's good. Just keeping him updated." She said with a smile. "How are the bracelets coming along?"

"I'm getting close but are you sure you still want them?" Tony asked. Y/N nodded.

"Rather be safe than sorry." She said.

"Alright Witch Hunter then I am going to add a different type of defense for you." Y/N nodded as Tony walked off to his lab and Y/N walked over to the bar. She was looking around for something as Thor and Loki watched her from the couch.

"I think she likes you." Thor whispers.

"I highly doubt that she likes me more than a friend Thor. She makes a point to say that." Loki whispers back.

"So you do like her."

"Brother stop. We discussed this." Loki whispered.

"Discussed what?" Y/N came up with 4 glasses and a bottle of champagne.
