Aftermath

(After School, Yasogami High School)

a couple days had passed since their first mission, Yukiko had been absent from school due to the police investigation, and to allow her to rest up, until Yukiko returned, everyone resumed their daily lives as normal, after some time, Yukiko came back to school, once school had ended, the group met up on the schools rooftop to discuss what happened.

"Yukiko-san, I hate to bring up stuff you'd rather not think about... but I need to ask you again", Yosuke asked, "did you recall anything about when you got kidnapped",

"no... I thought I might remember something if I let it sit for awhile, but as time passes, it only gets hazier... I think... the doorbell rang at the entrance... and someone called for me... but when I woke up after that, I was already in the castle, I'm sorry", Yukiko explained

"no need to apologize, but does this mean her visitor is the culprit", Chie asked

"I don't know, if it's true, then that's one daring criminal, what kind of killer would ring a doorbell", Yosuke asked

"a stupid movie criminal", both Amaya and Sakiya stated in unison, making the others laugh

"the police are probably looking for witnesses.. but I don't think we can expect much from them", Yosuke said, "huh, as if the culprit wore bright yellow clothes at the scene of the crime",

"I wonder why whoever it is would do stuff like this", Chie asked

"we won't know until we confront 'em ourselves... but we can be sure of one thing, it's no coincidence that people keep ending up in that place", Yosuke explained, "someone on our side is definitely kidnapping them and throwing them into the T.V., It's murder, alright",

"wait, what about us", Sakiya asked

"yeah, we got dragged in, not thrown in", Amaya added

"that, we're still not sure about", Yu stated

"oh yeah, we never told you, Yu, the twins, and I, we're gonna catch the culprit, the police are out of their league on this one, but we got personas", Yosuke explained

"could you all lend us a hand", Yu asked

"I'm helping out too, I can't believe someone would throw people into a place like that, I'm gonna sock whoever's doing this", Chie stated in anger and determination

"Chie...", Yukiko called out, Chie calmed her anger down, yet, her determination was still there

"let me help too... I want to know why this is happening... especially if someone hates me so much they want to kill me, I don't want to run away from myself anymore", Yukiko stated, as the group nodded their heads, Yukiko was now a part of the investigation team.

"alright, then let's all work together and catch this guy", Yosuke said

"agreed", Yukiko said with a smile

"but how're we going to find them, we don't have a single lead yet", Chie asked

"if counting both twins, I'm the fifth one to be targeted so far... but I have a feeling this isn't the end of it", Yukiko explained, "if we had an idea of who might be targeted next, wouldn't we have an advantage over the killer"

"so we outsmart them, huh... yeah, that might work", Yosuke said, "okay, so let's see if we can figure out what ties the victims together, first, there was that announcer, Mayumi Yamano, second was Saki Konishi... Senpai, third and fourth was both Amaya and Sakiya Takahashi, fifth was Yukiko Amagi, what do they all have in common",

"all female", Yu stated

"bingo", Yosuke said

"how dare he target females, now that's unforgivable, the culprit's gotta be some kinda pervert", Chie stated

"also, what about this, the second and fifth victims had some sort of connection to the first one", Yosuke explained

"true, Saki discovered the announcers body, and the announcer stayed at Yukiko's Inn", Amaya said

"yet, how are we linked in on all this", Sakiya added

"if our guess, you two were already friends with Yukiko, and from what we were exploring at the time, you guys had some proof about what was going on", Yosuke explained, "so the culprit found a way in, and brought you both in, before you could warn both us and Yukiko",

"true, we would've called any of you and Yukiko if we saw her on the Midnight Channel, and with how we can gather some intel, I can see that, but, something's not adding up, and I'd like to figure it out", Amaya explained

"me too", Sakiya added

"so, females connected in some way to Ms. Yamano's case are being targeted", Yukiko asked

"I think that's a safe assumption for now", Yosuke said, "there's another angle we can take, too, if another person disappears",

"the Midnight Channel", both Amaya and Sakiya stated in unison

"that happened right before Yukiko was kidnapped, too", Chie added

"yeah, it's hard to tell who at first, but what's important is, it's happened before the victims disappeared, kinda like a ransom note", Yosuke explained, "we still don't know why that happens, but we'll have to rely on it for now",

"the next time it rains", Yukiko said, before anyone else could continue, the school was closing up, the group had to leave, so the six walked over to Junes to continue talking.

(After School, Junes)

"so, back on topic, I wonder what kind of person the culprit is", Chie asked

"if you focus just on the announcer's case, it seems like a revenge thing, maybe it was her lover's wife", Yosuke said

"but Misuzu Hiiragi had a solid alibi, didn't she, and it seemed like she was already separated from her husband", Chie stated

"really, you know an awful lot about this", Yosuke asked

"okay, the second case, Saki-senpai... she found the announcer's body", Yosuke asked, "assuming the same person killed them both, then why target Senpai",

"I believe that she saw the culprit, and threw her in to shut her up", Amaya explained, "if she got to the police, they'd be exposed",

"I agree", Yu said

"yeah, I think so too", Yosuke added

"but the killer just threw the announcer into a T.V., right, I don't think he would've left evidence the police, much less a high school student, would catch", Yukiko explained, "I have to agree with Amaya on this one", not long after, police came in, doing their normal round routine, causing the others to leave to another safe area they knew, the T.V. world.

(T.V. World)

"wow... this really is inside the T.V.", Yukiko said in awe, looking around the place as Teddie walked up to the six, "It's Teddie... then it wasn't a dream",

"are you feeling better, Yuki-chan", Teddie asked, "I did what you said, I've been a good bear",

"oh, I see, good boy', Yukiko said

"w-well, this bear's part of the reason we want to find the culprit", Yosuke explained

"I'm one of the group now too, let's work together, okay", Yukiko asked

"yep, I was thinking the same thing, that's why I got these ready for you, Yuki-chan", Teddie stated, giving her a pair of red glasses which she put on

"oh, so these are what everyone's wearing, thank you, Teddie", Yukiko said, "you're right... it's just as if the fog doesn't exist",

"hey, how come you have so many pairs of glasses", Chie asked

"excellent question, guess what, I'm the one who makes them", Teddie explained, "I've lived here a long time, so I came up with some ways to be comfortable here",

"I see, but don't you need a pair", Yukiko asked

"ooh, good point, another great question, listen to this, my eyes themselves are lenses, did you know", Teddie asked

"of course not", Yosuke said, after awhile, everyone talked, and got into laughter, after awhile, everyone decided to call it a day and left to go home.
