Chapter 3

Issei widened his eyes in surprise upon what Rias has just say

He thought he heard wrong but there was the possibility that the Black Dragon Emperor could be on this same school?

How?! It couldn't be!

The least he wanted now was to have any sort of encounter with that guy

"W-what?"

"I understand if you're surprised. But I recommend you to stay calm. I don't think he will engage you anytime sooner. The Black Dragon Emperor have some fame on not dealing with... Weaker opponents. I am sorry"

Rias apologized for calling him weak. It wasn't on a bad way that's for sure

Issei looked down sadly

For a part he was reassured but on another he felt useless

If the Black Dragons Emperor didn't engage him it was because he was way weaker than him. That alone made him feel depressed

"No. I understand. Still that's a relief, President. I don't see myself fighting that guy anytime sooner. But how you know that he might be here..?"

"It's just a supposition, nothing certain but we may think of that since Kuoh School is the only one of this city that there are supernatural beings like devils and such. Plus he sounds and seems like someone of our age. So it's a possibility that he might be here"

Akeno decided to answer his question

"What race is he? Is he a devil?"

Rias and Akeno shrugged

"We don't know. The only thing we know is that he is a male rounding our age. Few things are known about him besides... his fame of being a Dragon Emperor but his personal life... Nothing"

This made Issei a little uncomfortable. How in hell would he know who that guy was if he didn't even know how he looked like? For all he might know he could be just right next to him without him noticing it. That possibility was scary

"Um. President? If we get to see him... what would happen? I mean, what would we do?"

"Now that depends. If he isn't hostile... I might try to form some kind of alliance with him. Having him as an ally would be beneficial for everyone... But if that isn't the case and he results on being a threat..."

Her silence made Issei doubt a little

"Are you capable of... you know, stop him or anything?"

Rias sighed as she folded her hands together over her desk

"No. I don't think so. I might be strong but he seems and is on another level beyond me, at least for the moment. Although... you got the potential of going toe to toe with him since the power of the Crimson Dragon resides in you."

"You think I can..?"

He said, with some insecurity oozing out his voice as he looked his hand which his boosted gear resided

"I don't think.., I am certain... After all you're my cute little pawn"

She said with a smile which made the brown haired teenager blush a little as he sheepishly scratched the back of his neck

"Do I have to do something... about it? You know, like try to find who is him or anything of sort?"

"There is no need for you to do anything of the style, but be wary. He could be next to you without you even noticing and we don't what he might do"

Issei nodded in confirmation when Rias finished explaining the situation

"Isseiz. Perhaps that boy who helped me could be your friend?"
