To say the Bats were shocked was an understatement. In the Batcave, sat Marinette on her legs, mending their suits. Robin was the first to move. Carefully, he approached her.

"Angel?" he spoke.

"Hmm?" Marinette questioned, not even glancing his way.

"Are you...awake?" he asked her.

Marinette finally turned and looked at him. He could see the exhaustion rolling off of her in waves. She had 'panda eyes', as she fondly called them. Marinette yawned and continued to sew his cape.

"Finally sleepy." she murmured, "Finished Jagged and Clara's outfits for the gala."

"How much coffee have you had?" Robin questioned, kneeling down next to her.

Marinette froze, trying to think of a number.

"What day is it?" she asked instead.

The young vigilante flinched. He knew he had been busy, but he hadn't expected her to dig herself into a fashion pit.

"Habibiti, what day did you start the outfits?" he pressed.

"Monday." she spoke, continuing her work.

"It's Thursday." he growled out.

"Then Sunday is when I started drinking coffee. That's when I started the designs and zoom conferences." Marinette answered.

Robin stood up, took a deep breath and let it out. Slowly he walked away, regulating his breathing, and began to unmask. When he got back from changing, he found no one had moved.

Their eyes turned towards the elevator as it descended and open to reveal Alfred. They expected Agent A to worry about their safety and that protocol had been breached, but he only moved closer to the young lady.

"Are you quite done, young miss?" the butler asked.

Marinette yawned and answered, "Yes. Thank you, Alfred."

He could feel the gaze of the young masters on him, but they would eventually get their answers.

"Tikki, did you finish eating?" Mari spoke, out loud.

From out of Agent A's coat flew out a red creature.

"Yes! All done." it answered in a high-pitched voice.

"I also made sure to get you a heating blanket. Miss Tikki informed me of your tendency to 'hibernate' should you get too cold." Alfred spoke.

Mari sighed, "Right." as she finished Robin's cape.

Damian picked her up the moment she set his cape down.

"We'll speak of everything in the morning, Angel." he declared.

Marinette didn't answer him. Instead, she curled up in his arms, yawned, and proceeded to fall asleep. Tikki shook her head and flew over to Damian, taking a seat on his shoulder.

"Will she be alright?" Nightwing asked.

"She might sleep well into the afternoon or dinnertime." the red bug replied.

"At least, I don't have to force her to sleep when she's done with her work." Damian stated.

"It's the creative bursts that take their toll." Tikki winced.

Damian nodded and walked away, holding his not-so-civilian girlfriend and her magical bug.

The Waynes looked at Alfred, as the couple took the elevator up.

Batman sighed and pinched the bridge of his nose, "An explanation, please."

"The young miss is of no danger to any of us." Agent A stated, "She found the cave, but is disoriented."

"She fixed the suits! What do you mean disoriented?" questioned Red Hood.

"She is much like Red Robin, when there is a case that needs to be solved. Sewing comes naturally to her. She was half-asleep; muscle memory, if you will." the butler explained.

"Will she remember the cave?" asked Nightwing.

"I am unsure, but I have no doubt that you will all question her. May I remind you that she has a low tolerance to liars and should she ask, Lady Tikki will answer her. She has no loyalty to this family, only to the young miss." Agent A concluded.

"Continue as routine." Batman declared, "Suits off and to bed."

They knew they could trust Mairnette. Damian trusted her and that was all that mattered. Thy knew she had changed since she had met Damian; she was more open. He had mended her heart after everything that happened to her in Paris. Damian had changed the most. She had mended his heart from the damage Talia had caused.
