Chapter 36

I was up and running again. Two months ago was when Jimmy and I broke up. He's coming back today for good, coach Shaffer found someone to help so Jimmy got to come back a month early.

Today everyone was picking him up and taking him to dinner. Well not everyone, I wasn't going. Not because he's my ex but my old friend Max is moving in my building and tonight is the only night he was free.

And I don't want to see him. I know I will break down crying.

There was a knock at the door bring me out of my thoughts coming.

"Hey Jaimie, ready to go," Max asked when I opened the door.

"Yea," I said and we got in the car. We talked to whole ride there.

"So how's the knee," Max asked.

"Good, how did you know," I asked.

"Well Alex texted me and told me," he explained.

"Oh," I said as we pulled up to where we were having dinner.

(Jimmy's p.o.v)

Idiot, that's me and idiot. Why did I think it would be better this way. Why?? Will she forgive me, no I broke up with her through a note. I'm stupid. Why. I will talk to her when I get off the plane. Yea I will make things better.

"Hey guys," I said when I meet up with them. "Where is Jaimie," I asked.

"She's out with Max, afriend," Antoine said.

"Oh," I said. Idiot was all I could think. How could I be so stupid.

The girls kept giving me death glares.

"What," I said to Alex and Sam.

"You broke her heart," Alex said.

"Yea you don't know what your missing," Sam said.

"Whatever," I said not wanting to talk.

When we got to the restraint and I see Jaimie with some dude. Great she's moved on I will never get her back now.

She's moved on I guess I will too.
