58. The Bite

July 4, 1985

"Please tell me you have batteries!" Dustin asks Erica, slightly out of breath. Erica looks up at him, her eyes contorted in annoyance. She shakes her head. "Fuck, we'll need to go back to plan B."

"What's plan B?" Erica questions, but she looks at Dustin confused as he starts to lean forward in his seat. She looks in that direction as well.

"Where the hell are they?" Eddie, Steve, and Robin were no longer in their seats. They were gone.

The three of them were currently roaming around the mall. Steve sighs in satisfaction as he leans over the water fountain, taking a big sip of water.

Eddie gags from disgust. "You know, there are millions of mouths on that thing." He slightly slurs as he slides down to the ground, yawning.

Both Robin and Steve forget completely what he was saying. "You know, I think that Mom was trying to totally bang her son," Robin explains about the movie they had watched.

"The hot chick was that kid's mom? They're the same age."

"He went back in time moron." Eddie retorts

"Then why is it called Back To The Future, Eddie?"

"No, he needs to go back to the future. He's in the past. His times the present time." Robin attempts the explain, but Steve remains confused. "Come on, you've had enough. It's my turn." She pushes him out of the way from the fountain, getting water for herself.

He stumbles away as he looks up towards the ceiling, looking amazed. The glass was shining. It was twinkling in front of his own eyes. "Hey, Eddie, Robin. You need to check this out." The both of them slowly stumbled towards him. "It's beautiful."

"Wow" Eddie and Robin say together. She chuckles and smiles wildly. But, suddenly, the three of them groan and grab at their stomachs. They all begin to sprint towards the bathroom. They slam the door open and all run to a separate stall, emptying their stomachs. With a groan, they flush the toilet. They felt relieved. Robin slumps to the floor, laying her head back.

"Did the ceiling stop spinning for you guys?" She questions them. Steve and Eddie reluctantly lookup.

"You think we puked it all up?" Steve explains, Eddie slightly shakes his head.

"Maybe, ask me something?"

"Fine, when was the last time you peed your pants?"

"Today, yep when that Russian doctor took out the fucking bone saw." The three of them began to laugh. "It was just a little bit though!"

"Oh, cause that changes so much," Eddie explains while chuckling. "Sounds like it's still in your system."

"Okay, Steve, Eddie, have you guys ever been in love."

"Yep, still in love, it's Richie. First and only love you know." Eddie smiles and grabs at the handmade bracelet he wears every day. Robin fake gags. "Fuck off." This earns a laugh from Robin. "How about you, Steve?"

"Nancy Wheeler, it was the first semester of senior year."

"God, she's such a priss, don't tell Richie I said that. Are you still in love with her?"
