"Kook can you pass me the plate." I asked my brother. Adopted Brother. My parents had adopted Jungkook after 7 years to their wedding since they were childless and thought they won't bear any children. However 2 years later I was born. They considered Jungkook as a lucky charm which caused him to be spoilt a lot. Not that I was ill-treated. I truly love my brother too. 

He is older to me but I am the mature one. Half the time I baby him. "Of course!" Kook added as he passed me the plate. I began wiping it with a clean cloth. After I was done I put the plate aside and walked over to my phone that was being charged. My smile instantly popped as I saw Jimin accepted my date to coffee. 

"Kook could you drop me off at Café coffee day in xyz street?" I asked turning around. Kook looked at me and pouted. "Hey we had a plan to watch movie didn't we!" Kook asked surprising me. ''No...I don't remember any movie plans. When did we-" "Oh we made just now." Kook said laughing making me smile. I walked over pinching his cheek. 

"Sorry Kook but plan cancelled for now." I said smiling. ''Oh c'mon why?" He asked whining. "I have a date planned. Don't tell dad." I said excited with a wide smile. His smile widened. "Oh my god!" He said but I quickly shushed him. "Softer! Dad is in his room." I added making him nod. 

"So will you drop me. He mentioned 5 pm to be a good time." I said hopping he would agree. "Alright missy." Jungkook said making me smile softly. "Anything for my love." He added making me walk off. He always called me his lovely sister and love. It's been a childhood term. Therefore I found no wrong in how it sounded darker than before. 

When I and Jungkook reached the café location, I didn't see Jimin at all. What is this behavior! Jungkook sat a bit away saying he would leave when Jimin comes. It had been half an hour but there was no Jimin. 
I sadly stood up as anger and annoyance filled me up. "Let's go Jungkook. I am done waiting for someone who is so careless." I said as my eyes slightly filled up. "Oh dear." Jungkook said wiping my eyes. "I will teach that bastard a le-" Jungkook growled when I placed my hand on his shoulder. "Jungkook stop. No need. It's fine. Let's leave." I said. My Jungkook was such a sweetheart. I should've simply watched the movie with him. 

He wasted his time as well for me. If only I could see the smirk he hid as he walked behind me. The next day in class I didn't see Jimin and wondered, if something happened. 
"Hey Taehyung!" I called out to Jimin's best friend as he walked down the hallway. He turned around with a grim look. "Hey." He said bitterly making me confused. "Why didn't Jimin show up today? Do you have any knowledge?" I asked. "He was beaten up by your fans after all. My bro is hospitalized." He said deeply shocking me. My mouth fell open as he looked away and walked off.  

My heart felt like it  was unable to pump. My lungs felt like they couldn't breath. I gulped as I took in a deep breath to calm myself. "What in the world-" "Y/n?" I heard Jungkook's voice from behind.

I jumped slightly almost tripping over and falling off the stairs but Jungkook quickly caught me and pulled me over to him. "What happened!" He asked seeing my drained off face.

"K-Kook...something real messed up happened." I added. "What?" He asked shocked yet curious. "I think I am being stalked by dangerous people. They even beat up Jimin!" I spoke to him in a scared tone. 

  "I-I am scared Kook. Jimin is hospitalized. We need to go see him!" I gasped and he hugged me. "Calm down dear. I think we shouldn't." He said and I yet again couldn't see his wicked smile. 

"Why?" I asked. "You just said you are stalked, what if they will hurt Jimin if you meet him? He agreed to a date with you and this happened. Imagine if you met him. You never know...what they can do. I think us staying away till he recovers is the better option. " He explained softly however there was a slightly dark and sinister look on his face.

"I think you are right." I added. "I am scared Kook." I said covering my mouth. Kook quickly pulled me close and kissed my cheek before hugging me tightly. "Don't worry sis. I will always protect you from bad people. You are under my protection." He said and yet again. I stupidly missed the flag as he smiled widely proud of himself and his gang of unruly friends.
