David holds her.

Aika stood up and was still weak. She nearly fell on the floor. Good thing David grabs her back quickly.
Aika: Bitawan mo ako.
Aika was now crying. She was searching for him. She knew he won't leave her just like that.
David knew she was being hysterical. He called the nurse and told her to put her to sleep.
And as the syringe touched her veins, she began closing her eyes. Slowly, as she mentions one name on her mouth

As the nurse did, David caressed Aika's face.
He loved her so much he was willing to do anything for her.
He smiled at her with this words coming from his mouth.
