Gauri got horrified seeing as the bullet hit him from behind........
He fell back looking at her painfully.......who came towards him immediately......
Gauri : Gaurav ........O my god ........ ye kya hogaya ( she panicked and lied his head on her lap )......somebody help.......please someone help ( she shouted calling the people who were rushing here and there at the gunshot)
Because of the rush the shooter also got chance to ran away from there.........
Amaira and Atharv reached there immediately as they were near them only...........
Atharv : Oh God.........lets move to the hospital fast Maa......Amaira call Manik and Bhabhi and tell them to reach the hospital directly ......we can't wait here.......
He said lifting Gaurav who lost his consciousness ..........
Amaira nodded.......
Then they came out of the Tapovan immediately and as it was an emergency so they got the Ambulance from the place only.........

An hour later
Manan entered the hospital in full panic state.......Though at phone Amaira didn't told them what happened but just asked them to reach the hospital as soon as possible.......
Reaching there after getting the location they saw A worried Gauri sitting outside the OT crying while Atharv and Amaira were trying to console her......
Nandini : Maa......
She called her ....... Gauri looked at her and hugged her crying........
Nandini : Maa.......what happened ? why are you crying ?.......and where is he ?
She asked worriedly.........
Gauri : Unhe goli lagi hai........Operation is going on......
She replied and trying to handle herself........Manan frozed at her place.......
Manik looked at Atharv shockingly who nodded confirming........ Manik angrily called the bodyguards for not taking care of them......
Nandini : Maa....Maa......Don't worry ......Nothing will going to happen to Dad.......sambhalo apne aap ko.......
She said with so much difficulty after composing herself........
Manik : Haan Maa ......Dad ko kuch nahi hoga .......Aap tension mat lo .......I will talk to the doctors....
He said kneeling down infront of Gauri.......
Then he went out of the hospital asking Nandini to take care of Gauri and herself too.........
Gauri : Hey bhagwan please inhe theek kar do ......( o god please make him alright ).......
She prayed and Nandini hugged her sideways wiping their tears.........

Outside the hospital
Manik : Kahan mar gaye the tum log haan.......why didn't you took care of them.........I am telling you if something bad happens na I will destroy you all........
He shouted clutching the head Bodygaurd's collar.........there are total six bodyguards.......
BG : Sir Sir......please listen to us atleast once.......
Manik : Shoot.......
He said glaring him and left him with a jerk.........
BG : Sir we were with Ma'am and Sir only ( Gaurav and Gauri ) as assigned by you we were keeping eyes on them and the surroundings from a little far ...... Also we were very much careful about that but suddenly I got a call from my senior who was keeping tab on their phone calls and told me the shooter is near us only and we immediately looked around and got suspicious on a person who was hiding behind the tree with his face overed with black mask and his head covered with his black hoodie ........since everyone present there is enjoying the scenery he seems to be searching for someone and I sent my man after him.....After that this happened .......Sir we will catch him as soon as possible......
Manik pressed his forehead lightly.......
Manik : I want him alive so that I will give the punishment to the real culprits......
He said determinedly and went from there........

Nandini : Maa I will be right back.......
She said and Gauri nodded and Nandini left from there after telling Amaira to take care of her mother........
Coming to the adjacent corridor where they could not see her ........she leaned on the wall covering her face with her hands crying loosing her strength........She stayed strong in front of her mother for her but here she could not.........Feeling a hand on her shoulder she looked at the person ........Seeing the person she immediately hugged him crying.........
Manik who was coming back from outside saw Nandini crying alone and he immediately came to her and she hugged him seeing her there for him.........
Manik : Shhh.......Jaan ......you have to handle yourself........You are my strong baby na........you can't feel weak in front of the circumstances.......If you will cry then who will handle Maa haan........
He consoled her caressing her head as she sobbed on his chest........
Nandini broke the hug and said.........
Nandini : I never thought that this could happen to him...... I agree we have differences in our thoughts and way of living also I am upset at how he treated my Maa but that doesn't mean ki God gave him such a punishment when he is regretting his past mistakes.......when he is already guilty .........He will be alright na Manik.......
She asked him innocently and he nodded.........
Manik : Yes Jaan he will be fine soon......Nothing will happen to him ......
He said wiping her tears and she nodded slowly........Then he brought water from the watercooler and gave her......
Manik : Chalo now drink some water ........then we will go to everyone.........
She nodded and had the water..........
Then they both went to everyone.........

5 Hours later
The OT doors opened and the doctor came out and all rushed to him.........
Gauri : How is he doctor ?
She asked worriedly.........
Doctor sighed looking at the everyone's faces.........
Doc : The operation was successful and we took the bullet out but........
He paused........
Manik : But what Doctor........
Doc : Though there is no danger to his life but his spinal cord is sightly damaged because of the bullet due to which his legs and right hand will not work as the nerves have almost stopped functioning.........
The earth under their feets slipped as the doctor said this.........
Doc : But he will be alright with the regular physiotherapy treatment, the medicines and proper rest..........
He said and all nodded slightly.........
Doc : In sometime we will shift him the private ward there you all can meet him ..........
They nodded and he left..........
Gauri sat on the chair with thud..........
All rushed to her..........
Gauri : Hum kaise sambhalege unhe.......how will he react when he will know that he his legs and his right hand won't work ........
She said crying.........
Nandini : Hume unhe sambhalna hoga Maa.......we have to be with him.......support him in every way possible........
Gauri hugged her as she said this.........
Breaking the hug she nodded.........
