Millie adjusted her position on the boulder she was sitting on. It wasn't the rock made her uncomfortable though. It was the large T-Rex that was in front of her.

Strongfang had laid down about three yards away from her. He almost looked like a large, scaly rooster that was resting. He certainly showed that he had no intention of attacking, but Millie couldn't shake this feeling of uneasiness. She was breathing much deeper, trying to steady her shivering nerves and keep her anxiety from going out of control.

She was also trying to avoid making eye-contact with the giant T-Rex. She just couldn't seem to hold his gaze for very long without a shiver going down her spine.

But she at least wanted to keep his jaws in her line of vision. She definitely wanted to keep an eye on those things.

After a moment of silence, Strongfang let out a deep exhale.

Strongfang: Tell me, what was your name again?

Millie: well, my full name is Mildred Miranda May the 58th, Millie for short. Held the family name after my grandma

Strongfang: Ah yes, Millie. So, how did you find this island?

Millie: It was by accident, really. The Valley was raided by locust, or swarming leaf gobblers as you call 'em, and the herds were forced to leave. My friends and I were looking for food and we came upon this island. I certainly didn't expect to find you and your family here.

Strongfang: I didn't expect you to be here either, What were you doing out there by yourself anyway?

Millie: I was looking for my friend, Ducky. She got separated from us. Do you happen to know where she is?

Steongfang: Who's Ducky? The little squeaker?

Millie: She's a Saruolophus. Or a swimmer as you call them. Have you seen her?

Strongfang shook his large head,

Strongfang: I'm afraid not. You're the only one I've seen.

Millie exhaled with frustration.

Strongfang: I'm sure she's fine. Rena, Chomper, and I are the only ones on this island. And neither one will hurt her, I promise.

Millie looked up at Strongfang with suspicious curiosity.

Millie. I don't get it. Why are you helping us? I mean, I thought you would be hunting us because of...what we did.

Strongfang said nothing. He just stared at the young girl as if he expected her to elaborate on her point. It was clear to see that he was waiting for her to say something more. Aylene subconsciously picked up on that nonverbal and took a deep breath. She braced herself for what was to come, whatever it might be.

Millie. I know Sharptooth was your brother. And I know you know my friends and I were the ones who offed him. But what I don't understand is why you aren't angry with us. I'd think you want to get revenge.

Strongfang looked down at the ground and released a large breath of air through his nose.

Steongfang: When did you find out about that?

Millie: When Chomper left the Great Valley with you and Rena. Moxxie and I saw you be confronted by another T-Rex and he called you Sharptooth's brother.

Strongfang: I see. Have you told anyone else about this?

Millie: only moxxie and I know. We haven't told any of our friends

Strongfang: Good, Well then, I won't deny it. I am Sharptooth's brother.

Millie swallowed hard.

Strongfang: But, just because I'm related to him by blood, don't assume that I had a good relationship with him. In fact, it was the exact opposite.
