The sun shines over Crowberry ridge. Everyone is fast asleep, However moxxie is tossing and turning as the sound of two familiar voices

"Jeez, their really out, eh."

"Yeah."

"Maybe we should throw some water on their faces."

"Why don't you just stand there drooling, eh? That should do it."

"Trample off."

"Oh, wait. Hey, I think I saw him move."

Moxxie opens his eyes and sees Rutt and Tuke standing over him

Tuke: Rise and shine, imp boy!

Rutt: Yeah, not time to hydroplane yet, eh.

Tuke: It's hibernate, you hoofer.

Rutt: That's what I said.

At no time at all the rest of the gang wake up to the moose brothers and the moosettes next to them

Millie: Rutt? Tuke? What're you doing here? Where's koda?

Tuke: that's what we came to tell ya. We saw smallish bear run off last night

Rutt: Yeah, we tried to stop him, eh, but he wouldn't listen to us.

Kenai: What? Where was he going?

Tuke: Uh... Oh. To get Nita, eh. He said he was gonna bring her back for you.

Kenai: Bring her back? No, no. If he steps foot in her village, the hunters will get him!

With that Kenai storms off following his little brothers scent to Nita's village with everyone looking with worry. We cut to the village with Nita in her mothers wedding dress with Taqqiq and Siqiniq right in front of her

Taqqiq: Almost there.

Siqiniq: And now for the final touch, a beautiful bead necklace.

Taqqiq: Oh, no, you don't. Not this time. This is much more appropriate.

Siqiniq: Yeah, and that doesn't match anything she's wearing.

Taqqiq: And what makes you think those beads do?

Siqiniq: Nita, what would make you happy?

Nita just sighs as her aunts look in sorrow until Chilkoot enters

Chilkoot: Once again, we are ready. Are you, my daughter?

Nita: Yes, Father.

Chilkoot's sisters leave as Chilkoot walks up to his daughter

Chilkoot: I would expect a bride to be smiling on her wedding day. Is there something wrong?

Nita: Daddy, I'm so confused. I thought that when I burned the amulet, the bond would be broken, but in my heart, I... I'm sorry, Daddy. I can't marry Atka.
