We cut back to the continent where we see the herds of animals headed toward the land bridge. Peaches sighs until Louis leaps onto her as an avalanche of land pass right in front of them
Louis: You okay?
Peaches: I'm just so worried about my dad.
Louis: Listen, we're going to get to him. At this pace, we'll stay ahead of the wall and we'll make it to the land bridge before you know it. We're all going to survive this.
Crash and Eddie pass right by them until they fall into the chasm the land slide created and hang onto a branch hanging there
Louis: Okay, maybe they won't. But everyone else, totally fine
We then cut to manny, Sid, Diego, scrat and Millie as they sail out of the storm soaking wet from their horrible experience. Millie looking to her belly and rubs it
Millie: it's okay, we're both fine. We all made it out alive
Manny: yeah, but we're Still heading away from home.
Sid: Yeah, but we survived and we still have each other. Things be worse, right?
Diego: for once, he's actually right. We made it through storms, tidal waves and a vicious assortment of seafood, what more could they hit us with?
But then something hit Diego on the forehead. making him shout in pain. He looks to the tree to his left and looks into the hole, inside only to be poked in the eye as Gladys reveal herself from inside
Gladys: Dagnabbit! I'm trying to sleep!
Sid: Granny? You're alive!
Diego: and can we say how thrilled we are to see you?
Gladys: hey fats! Wanna get me out of here?
Manny tries to pull her out of the tree with his trunk.
Gladys: Hey! Come on, pretend I'm your dessert. That should motivate you.
The mammoth pulled her out and she landed right on Sid.
Millie: I can't believe it! You actually sleep through all that?!
Gladys: Ah, I slept through the comet that killed the unicorns
She then walks off and lands into the water making everyone gasp in shock
Gladys: Thanks for drawing my bath, Sid.
Sid: Granny, grab my paw.
Gladys: No way. This is my first bath in decades.
As she laid in the water she released a smell so awful it killed all the surrounding fish, even a shark
Millie: that is disgusting
Sid: Quick, somebody do something!
Millie then inhales and leaps into the water changing into her mer-imp form and scoops up Gladys who keeps hitting her head with her stick rake but blocks it with her arm before eventually getting her back on the boat
Gladys: What are you peeping toms all looking at? A lady can't take a bath in peace? Eyeballing me like a rump roast.
Diego: What's the life expectancy for a female sloth?
Manny: She'll outlive us all, you know that, right? Yeah, the spiteful ones live the longest.
We then cut to sunrise the next day as they are still at sea with no land in sight
MANNY: How big is this ocean?!
Millie and her orca are pushing the boat with all their might but it was too heavy for even an adult killer whale to push
