The next day. It is Saturday. Peter decided to get away from home. He thought putting on his suit would make him feel better but it didn't. Peter went to a building and just sat there. Peter was debating on just jumping off the building but he couldn't do it.

Since Tony has a tracker in Peter's suit, Tony decided to go to him. He thought it would be a great time to talk to Peter about what Pepper told him.

Tony: Hey kid. What are you doing up here?

Peter: What are you doing here?

Tony: I heard you had a crazy week. Care to explain why you randomly attacked random boys? Got detention? And miss therapy?

Peter turns around and gets up. He walks toward Tony.

Peter: How did you even hear about this? It's not that big of a deal. It just needed to happen. I'm sorry I missed the therapy appointment, I'm sure it was a lot of money.

Tony stares at Peter.

Peter: I couldn't get out of detention. There was a reason for going after them. They were bullies. They were rude to Ned. They had it coming Mr. stark. Everything went black and I just had so much rage. If you are here to tell me that I was. wrong, I don't want to hear it. At that time, it was the right thing to do.

Tony: Oh really? Was it the right thing to do?

Peter: It was and I stand by that.

Tony gets out of his suit.

Tony: This tough guy acts, not liking Peter.

Peter stares at Tony.

Tony: When I brought you into the Avengers, you swore to never hurt anyone. We are supposed to save people.

Peter: Mr. Stark... I...

Tony: No. This is where you zip it. Alright? the adult is talking. I see you are going through something and at this point I've tried my best to help you nicely.

Peter: Mr. Stark, I'm sorry. I'm sorry.

Tony: Sorry is not helping your actions Peter.

Peter: I'm not happy Mr. Stark. I just don't know how to handle all these feelings. I like to be alone.

Tony: I hate to hear this I do. But hurting people is not an option. This is why there is therapy.

Peter looks away.

Tony: Alright. This is what is going to happen. I'm taking the suit back and stripping your title as an Avenger.

Peter: For how long?

Tony: Until I can trust you.

Peter: No. Please. I promiseI'm okay. Please I need to be Spider-Man.

Tony: I need you to be Peter. I need you to be okay. I need you to be safe.

Peter: Please. If I lose the suit I am nothing. I need it. It makes me feel important.

Tony: That's the problem Peter. You need to feel important without it. You are going to therapy every week. That's final.
