Next week, Monday. The decathlon team is meeting during free period.
Mr. Harringtion: Liz is out today, so I will be leading the whole meeting today. Nationals are a week away. Team meetings will now be happening almost everyday now. Mostly after school. I also wanted to announce the captain for next year because Liz is graduating. Congrats MJ, you are the new captain for next year!
Everyone looks at MJ and starts clapping for her. MJ is shocked. While clapping for MJ, Peter just realized how beautiful MJ was. Is it possible to have a crush on two people?
MJ: Thank you friends. I'm excited to lead the team next year.
Ned: I thought you didn't have friends?
MJ: Well this team is the closest thing I have to friends.
Peter's phone then goes off a few times. He got multiple text messages. The messages are from Wanda.
Wanda texted Peter saying "Hey Peter, It's Wanda:) I know you are at school right now. I heard you are going through a lot right now. If you want to talk, I'll be around."
Peter is shocked that Wanda texted him. How does she know? Should he go see her this week?
MJ: Peter, What's up? Your face got all red.
Peter didn't mean to get all red. He wants to call Mr. Stark to see if he told Wanda.
MJ: What are you hiding Peter?
MJ's question scared him. He was hiding a lot. Could she see right through him?
MJ: I'm just joking. Sorry I didn't mean to make you all flustered.
Peter then gets up to go to the bathroom to call Mr. Stark. MJ watches Peter walk away.
