'Ignore it.'

Samuel looked away from you as you walked out of the hotel room in tears, his harsh words being the reason you were so upset.

'I can't let her distract me anymore from my goal.'

What if you could help him reach his goal?

The question made his eyebrows raise with surprise as he wondered why he had not thought of this earlier. He could include you in his plans and have you by his side while also working with Eugene in the process.

It was perfect.

Too bad you didn't agree with him.

Everything had fallen apart and your relationship turned from friends to enemies.

He had screwed up.

He told you a part of his plan and you were free from his hold as you had ripped up the only copy of your contract.

He fucked up.

Why couldn't you have just agreed? Why couldn't you have been with him and become his queen?

Why? Why? Why?

Samuel felt his breathing turn erratic as he felt a sense of fear that you were going to ruin everything he worked hard for.

His fear then turned to hatred.

Why did Eugene have to be so interested in you?

If it wasn't for you, he wouldn't be in this mess. He had no choice because of his president.

It was all your fault.

He wanted to get rid you.

So bad.

You had overpowered Samuel with him lying under you and you threatening to expose his secrets to Eugene who you had already met before.

He could only watch in defeat as you stood up before you left the room with your head held high.

The next time you met, he was planning to put you in your place and where you belonged.

Beneath him.

The summit meeting rolled by and in the shadows, Samuel saw you walk in with your usual demeanour. He hated his heart for already reacting to you and looked elsewhere, focusing on the other gangs who were occupied with their own conversations.

He was hoping to see you be put down by Eugene who had held your family hostage but it seemed as if you already knew and called someone to watch over your family.

He didn't expect it to be Gun.

'How does she know him?'

He was in shock along with Eugene and they could only watch as you walked out the building in a victorious manner.

Just when he thought he knew all about you, you pull out another hidden card that takes him off guard.

When he received the news of you joining the White Tiger Centre, he figured it was because of what Eugene had done so he used this opportunity to hire you and have you act as his assistant to torment you.

It didn't turn out the way he was wanting it to be as you had gained a new ally and his feelings for you had come to light again, bothering him like how it had done when he first met you.
