Alfonso and Luis watching their ceilings. "Baka balak mo na sabihin kung anong problema kuya?" Luis asked.

"Kasi ano eh." Alfonso feel a little bit unsure.

"Ano?" Luis asked patiently, turning his head to his brother.

"Uhm... Yung girlfriend ko..." Alfonso started finding a little bit hard time to confess.

"Oh ano nangyari sa inyo ni ate?" Luis asked, thinking they broke up.

"Wala naman hahaha!" Alfonso pull out once again. Feeling nervous.

"Ano ngaaaa?" Luis asked once again.

"Wala... Gusto kong kumain ng empanada." Alfonso changed the topic.

"Ha?" Luis feel a little bit weird about it.

"Gusto ko ng empanada." Alfonso repeated it again.

"Gago kuya saan ka hahanap non?" Luis hissed looking at the time it's already one in the midnight.

"Hindi ko alam hanapan mo na lang ako." Alfonso said at him

"Bukas siguro pero hindi ngayon. Kulang ka ba sa tulog? Sa tingin mo may naka open na empanada store ngayong ala una ng madaling araw?" Luis hissed at him.

Alfonso chuckled, "Gusto ko yung galing mismo sa Ilocos." He added.

Luis stand up, "Itulog mo na yan kuya. Kakatrabaho mo yan ng malala."

On the next day, Alfonso still craving for the empanadas.

"Mom!" Luis shouted since his kuya Alfonso disturbing him.

"Ano ba?" Irene asked. Losing her patience since she is focusing on cooking.

"Sabi ni kuya gusto daw niya ng empanada! Kagabi pa niya sa akin sinasabi yan!" Pang susumbong ni Luis sa kanya.

"Hahaha! Wala po namiss ko pang po. Noong nakaraan ko pa gusto kumain ng empanada na galing talaga sa Ilocos. Yung kita ko yung pag gawa nila." Alfonso feel a little bit of his self too.

"Alfonso. Buntis ako."

Alfonso read the text message that is from his girlfriend. Closing his eyes, "Hindi pa pwede... Hindi pa siya guma graduate." Alfonso think of her.

She is still taking a doctorate degree.

"Let's keep it up. Papanagutan ko. Sabihin natin in both of our parents."

He do wish to have his own family. Specially that he is financially stable. But he still think about his girl.

"Tol." Alfonso call his brother after a week.

"Ano?" Luis answered, they're looking at the laptop doing their works.

"Ano ahm." Alfonso can't help but to smile.

"Ano?" Luis asked again looking at him.

"Ano hahaha wait lang!" Alfonso can't really say it since he feel so much happy that he will become a father now.

"Tatay na ako." A wide smile spread to his face again.
