Amaris Laurier Pov: -

As I walked into the dining room, I couldn't help but feel a sense of frustration and annoyance wash over me. There was Meera, sitting there with her bright red lipstick and overly done up hair, gushing over Alpha Samuel as if he was the only person in the room. And there was Alpha Samuel, looking completely uninterested in whatever nonsense Meera was spewing out of her mouth.

I went to my seat which was beside Alpha, as I sat there my eyes were met with a pair of eyes which were looking like they are shooting the bullets through their eyes. I stopped looking at her and turned towards Damon who was beside Meera.

" How has the hunting been this week? " I asked as I picked up my chopsticks.

" It's been good, we've had plenty of prey to feed the pack. " Damon replied stiffly. I nodded, satisfied with the news. We started to eat in silence as we heard the pack's gossips.

I couldn't help but feel a strange presence in the room. It was faint, but it was definitely there. I knew that it was a spirit, but I couldn't tell what kind. I wanted to release my Demon spirit to confirm my suspicions, but I couldn't do it with Alpha Samuel and the rest of the pack who are in front of me. I tried to focus on my food and the conversation at the table, but the presence kept nagging at the back of my mind. I couldn't shake the feeling that something was off.

I came out of my trance when I felt a hand on my thigh, I turned towards Samuel as he looked at me with a raised eyebrow, I shook my head at him softly as I smiled forcedly at him to assure that everything is alright, but he didn't buy it as his face hardened as he squeezed my thigh. Then all of a sudden Beta Spade stood up from his chair as we all looked at him.

" Our warriors are ready and are waiting for our us! " Beta Spade said as the pack members left their food and rushed towards the entrance of the pack house. I and Sam stood up before we followed them. And then we went near the entrance of the packhouse, but I stopped on my steps as I remembered something.

" Sam! " I called out as I started to walk back while Sam turned around.

" I will come just in a minute ask all of them to wait there! " I said as I turned back before I rushed towards our room. I ran towards the closet room before pulling out my secret drawer which I made myself during Sam and other Kings were not present in the pack.

And without releasing my spirits I used our powers. I then chanted some ancient spells before I felt the energy which were running through my arms, I took out the energy and passed it through bracelets which I've created by my own hands. They are more than 5000 and I guess it will be sufficient for everyone out there.

I then zipped those 5 bags before taking all of them in my hands before I rushed down the stairs as I panted. I then ran towards the exist of the pack house while I could hear some laughter's and whimpers and some talks. As I came out of the door, I noticed the huge crowd who were sitting on the ground while some other were keeping their luggage's in the trunk of the vans.

The wind blew as my hair played with the air. Everyone turned towards me as they heard my footsteps. Everyone who were sitting on the ground were about to stand but I motioned them to sit. And they did as I said. I released a long sigh before I tried to calm my heavy Pantings.

" Morning guys!! " I said to all of them as I stood beside Alpha Samuel and suppressed a giggle when a lady pulled Meera who was clinging beside Samuel.

" Morning Luna!! " I got excited reply from them with some hoots. As we all laughed out when Knox hit them on their heads.

" It's been a month since I've come to this pack, and you know before coming here I was so worried, but you all received me so greatly that my heart swelled with happiness. You all gave me the happiness of being a member in this pack, and you all gave me that love which I've craved for many years but keeping that aside, thank you for choosing this field!

As you embark on this new journey, serving in the military, my heart is filled with a mix of emotions. I am proud of you for choosing to serve our kind and for your commitment to protecting the freedoms that we hold dear. At the same time, I cannot help but worry about your safety and well-being.

But I know that you are strong and capable individuals, and I have every confidence that you will represent our pack with honor and distinction. You all have always been brave and determined, and I have no doubt that you all will rise to the challenges that lie ahead.

I want you all to know that you will always be in our thoughts and prayers. We all will miss you dearly, but I am so proud of the path that you have chosen. I know that this is not an easy decision, and that it requires a great deal of sacrifice. But I also know that it is a decision that you have made with purpose and conviction.

As you serve, I encourage you to stay true to your values and beliefs. Remember the lessons that your alpha has taught you, and always strive to do what is right, even when it is difficult. And above all, take care of each other and look out for one another. The bond of brotherhood and sisterhood that you will form with your fellow service members will be one of the most important and enduring relationships of your lives. Your service and sacrifice are deeply appreciated, and I am grateful for your dedication to our kind.

As you depart, I want you to know that you will always have a home to come back to, and a family that loves and supports you. No matter where your service takes you, you will always be a part of our family. So go forth with courage and determination and know that we are all behind you every step of the way. "

These words came out of my mouth as they all came from the bottom of my heart. I hold my tears as I gave me them a big smile while my pack members started to hoot and clap. Samuel stood behind me as he bought me in his embrace. I stood there beside him and looked at my pack warriors who were looking expectedly towards Samuel. And I nudged at him for which he looked at me, and then I signaled him to stay his speech.
