What was my Mother doing at the Prime Minister's residence?

It was one of the questions in Richard's mind as he pulled into the parking lot to the National Crime Agency.

Jessica noticed someone backing out of a parking space to their left and she swiftly lifted her right hand to touch Richard's arm.

"Be careful love!"

Richard abruptly braked the Maserati and Jessica's body whiplashed.

"I know. I see him." He watched the person backing out of the parking space while hitting a lever on the multi- function switch to the right of the steering wheel. An arrow started blinking above the speedometer, and they heard a constant clicking sound.

"Sometimes I feel that you are a reckless driver." She watched him moving the Maserati forward.

Richard couldn't help but smile. He didn't even wait for

the car to stop completely and he was already turning off the engine. Opening the driver door, he got out and took a few steps to the curb.

Jessica closed the passenger door, and met him while fixing her sun glasses on her face. Then, she pushed her purse up her shoulders, and grabbed his left hand while walking towards the front entrance hand in hand.
