-Makio’s POV-
‘I can’t pass any information now… Nor can I contact the other two. I have to get out now…to where Tengen-sama is…’ I thought as the stupid demon started to speak to me again. “Someone’s coming again…The Ogimoto house is a meddlesome bunch.”
Suddenly the sash tightened around my waist as I gasped through the fabric. “If you make any noise, I will crush your innards into smithereens.”
-Inosuke’s POV-
‘Weird… This feels weird.’ I thought as I continued to stare the door down as I continued to get bad vibes from it. ‘Is she in a bad situation right now? I can’t tell.’ With that I heard a sudden noise and I suddenly ran around the corner opening the sliding door to see slash marks everywhere around the room. My eyes scattered around the room as I looked for any clues. ‘There’s wind… But the windows aren’t open!’ I thought before instinctually throwing the bowl of noodles at the ceiling as that was where I believed the demon to be.
“HEY YOU! I KNOW YOU’RE THERE!” I yelled as I followed the demon down the halls as it ran through the attic. “YOU’RE NOT GETTING AWAY!” ‘Where is it going! Where is it running to! I can’t tell! Is it going from the ceiling to the walls!?!’ I thought as I pulled my fist back, ‘Alright I’ll punch the wall to drag it out!’
Instead of punching the wall I ended up punching a wimpy man as he had the audacity to call me cute. “KYAA! SHE HIT HIM!!!” One of the females said as she tended to his face. ‘Damn it! It escaped downstairs!
I jumped down the stairs as I was having a hard time pinpointing anything with this god forsaken clothes as I couldn’t feel the pressure around me like I normally do. ‘It’s there! No there! It’s there! ARGHH! I can’t sense anything with this on!’
‘I lost sight of it ! GOD DAMNIT!’ I thought as I blamed everything that got in my way. ‘Because everything got in the way!’
-(Y/n)’s POV-
Zenitsu was ahead of me as we saw multiple people getting ready by putting up their hair and stuff like that as I suddenly felt the aura in the air change as I saw Zenitsu suddenly run off to the left as he entered a room.
As I got to the room I knelt in front of the kid as I had seen that Zenitsu was trying to comfort the kid. I pulled her into a hug as I looked around the room to see that it was totally trashed. Suddenly I felt someone behind us so I turned up to the woman as I immediately knew she was a demon. She was so strong in fact that I noticed Zenitsu literally shaking.
The woman and Zenitsu seemed to have a shaky conversation as if anything went wrong I would have to use my nichirin daggers that I decided to bring with me as they might come in use. And I’m pretty sure that they might. Suddenly the girl was pulled out of my arms as the woman grabbed the girl by the ear pulling on it making her bleed as she cried for her to stop.
Suddenly out of instinct me and Zenitsu grabbed a hold of the woman’s arm to stop her from hurting the kid.
-Zenitsu’s POV-
I ran into a room as I heard a child crying as the room was a complete mess so I went to comfort the kid as (Y/n)-chan was close behind me. I accidentally made the situation worse as I accidentally yelled at the kid before (Y/n)-chan brought her into a hug.
“If you’re worrying about something…” Before I finished my sentence someone appeared behind me. It wasn’t (Y/n)-chan as she was in front of me holding this child in a hug, and this sound was absolutely awful.
“What are you doing in someone else’s room?” The demon asked as I gulped as I looked up to (Y/n)-chan as she seemed pretty calm, but her heart rate was absolutely loud. ‘A demon is right behind me and I didn’t even notice until it raised its voice.’
‘Does this even happen?!? On top of that… Isn’t this an uppermoon? It’s a terrible sound, but it’s so quiet it actually frightens me as well as (Y/n)-chan.’ The demon brought me out of my thoughts again as she said something again.
“Hey are you deaf over there?” She asked, getting more irritated. “W-warabihime Oiran, these are the girls that came in yesterday or the day before, so…” I was shocked that other people were here as they were scared to be near her as well.
“Huh? So what of it?” The warabihime said, as I spoked up next for both me and (Y/n)-chan. ‘I don’t want this demon to know that (Y/n)-chan is deaf. She might take advantage of it.’ I thought before speaking out loud to the female.
“We’re sorry for just barging in! The room was a complete mess and there was a girl crying…” I was then interrupted by the demon as she cut me off before saying, “You're so unsightly. You’re making me barf. At least she looks ‘okay.’ “ She said, tilting her head over to (Y/n)-chan.
‘I mean understandable. She is pretty.’ I thought as she continued to insult me. “And what’s with your head? It's just pissing me off!” The demon then walked in front of the crying girl as (Y/n)-chan had let her go earlier since she was watching me and this demon talk.
“True, the room is a total mess right now. And I told this girl to clean it up.” The demon then suddenly grabbed the poor girl by the ear as she was pulling it so hard that her ear was starting to bleed. “KYAA!!” The girl yelled as tried to grab the demon girl's arm to have her let go.
“SHUT THE HELL UP AND CLEAN THE GODDAMN ROOM YOU LITTLE BRAT!!” The demon yelled before me and (Y/n)-chan instinctively grabbed the woman’s arm. “Get your hands off her…” I warned glaring at the demon as she still had a firm grip on the girl's ear.
