Pit: THE Tanatos? Wait ... who is he?
Palutena: Back during your first adventure, Tanatos took the form of a snake on Medusa's head. He's quite the chameleon, you see, and that was his "look" back then.
Ruby: Maybe Medusa was that fond him back then.
Blake: Hmm, since he's the God of Death, then that would mean he's very high ranked in the Underworld Army.
Palutena: He possesses a key to the Underworld, and he's leading Medusa's invasion of the sea.
Weiss: We're going into the sea? How exactly are we going to do that?
Palutena: Just use your gills. Tell us, Pit, how are you with branchial respiration?
Pit: Oh, no worries. I minored in branchial respiration. WAIT, YOU'RE CRAZY!
Weiss: Told you so! She is!
Palutena: OK, just hold your breath then. For about two hours.
Everyone: YOU'RE CRAZY!!
The ocean was in view.
Palutena: We're heading to Tanatos's base, the Seafloor Palace.
Ruby: You were kidding about us having to hold our breath for that long, right?
Palutena: Watch and learn, pupils. Witness the true power of the goddess of light! Ready, set... Dum da da daaah! ♪
The ocean begins to split into two.
Yang: WOW! THAT IS AWESOME!
Pit: You've outdone yourself, Lady Palutena!
Weiss: No, somethings off about this.
Blake: Weiss is right, this looks suspicious.
Palutena: Heh heh! What can I say? I'm an overachiever.
???: Ho, now! Just one second there, lassie!
A voice rang out as you all head in.
Palutena: Oh, heh heh... Lord Poseidon!
(Y/N): POSEIDON?! THE GOD OF THE SEA?!
Weiss and Blake: Knew it.
Poseidon: Tsk, tsk, Palutena. Lies don't become a lady.
Palutena: I'm sorry. But can't a goddess have a little fun?
Pit: So that sea-parting business was...?
Poseidon: 'Twas obviously my doing, silly boy.
Palutena: To pull off an attack on the Seafloor Palace, I went to the sea god himself.
(Y/N): Oh of course. Why did she have to ask this sexist for help?
Ruby: You know, that would make a lot of sense.
Poseidon: I wouldn't allow anyone else to part my ocean! In fact, I've half a mind to put it back together!
Pit: NO! NOT WHEN WE'RE STILL IN HERE!
