Long but spicy chapter...

Taehyung and y/n made their way back to where everyone was seated. Concerned, his parents wasted no time inquiring, "Are you okay, y/n?"

With a gentle smile, y/n responded, "Yes, Mom, I'm perfectly fine."

The three women, however, scrutinized y/n from head to toe. They couldn't help but notice how stunning she looked, dressed in an outfit that perfectly matched Taehyung's. Her fingers adorned with exquisite diamond rings, a dazzling pendant hanging from her neck, and a beautiful bracelet gracing her wrist. Her once-pale cheeks now held a healthy, rosy glow.

Y/n's grandmother, aunt, and cousin couldn't conceal their resentment. They were quick to notice the intertwined hands of Taehyung and y/n, and they assumed that Taehyung's feelings towards her were far from affectionate.

His parents smiled, seemingly relieved by her response. However, Y/n's aunt, grandmother, and cousin were not easily fooled. They exchanged glances, clearly dissatisfied with the situation. Little did they know that Taehyung and Y/n's bond had grown stronger during their time together, and they were determined not to let anyone disrupt their happiness.

Y/n and Taehyung settled down at the table with everyone else. The waitstaff brought them coffee and snacks. Taehyung took a sip of his coffee, and his expression soured. Y/n couldn't help but chuckle. She took his cup and headed over to the shaded area where the waitstaff was preparing coffee.

Swiftly, she made a cup of coffee, ensuring it was just the way he liked it, and handed it to him. Taehyung accepted the cup and took a sip, a shameless smile spreading across his face. He knew that no matter where they were, nothing could compare to the taste of coffee made by his beloved wife.

Taehyung's parents couldn't help but notice the exchange between their son and y/n. His father decided to add a playful tease to the moment, saying with a twinkle in his eye, "Taehyung, don't make our y/n work so hard during the trip."

Taehyung, always quick with a charming response, grinned and replied, "Dad, what should I do? Y/n's coffee tastes sweeter than anyone else's." He winked at y/n, and a warm blush graced her cheeks, making her even more endearing in their eyes. The family shared a hearty laugh, enjoying this simple yet precious moment together.

Y/n's grandmother and her aunt couldn't hide the simmering anger that had been building within them. It was an emotion they had harbored for years, fueled by jealousy and resentment. As they watched the affectionate exchange between Taehyung and y/n, their feelings only intensified. In their eyes, y/n had everything they desired, and her presence was a constant reminder of their own perceived shortcomings.

They clenched their fists beneath the table, their smiles strained as they pretended to join in the conversation. To them, y/n was a source of bitterness, and no matter how well she fit into the family, they would never truly accept her.

Lee asked, "How's university going, y/n?" With Taehyung holding her other hand under the table, y/n spoke up with newfound confidence, locking eyes with her grandmother. "It's going great, Grandma."

Y/n's response left Lee momentarily stunned. Her grandmother, who had always seen her as a timid and submissive girl, couldn't believe the transformation before her eyes. Y/n had found her voice, and it held a newfound strength that Lee had never encountered before.

Taehyung couldn't have been prouder of his wife in that moment. He squeezed her hand under the table, silently conveying his support and admiration for her newfound confidence.
