Taehyung, sporting a dramatic pout, attempted to sneak into bed, hoping for a reconciliation cuddle.

However, Y/n, with ninja-like awareness, caught him in the act, swiftly sending him back to the couch. As he lay there, he couldn't help but admire her fiery spirit, even though it left him yearning for the warmth of her forgiveness. The night unfolded with a mix of pouting and a playful longing for a truce.

In the swift passage of a week, Taehyung and Y/n found themselves on the brink of moving to their new home. Amidst shared laughter at the dining table, a sudden twist in the conversation brought unexpected amusement.

Taehyung's mother playfully quipped, "So, when are we welcoming our grandchild?" The innocent query left Y/n choking on her ice cream, and Taehyung's eyes widened in surprise, both met with laughter from their joyous family.

Taehyung anticipated this conversation as his parents had playfully teased about it before. With a gentle tone, he addressed his parents, intertwining his fingers with Y/n's under the table.

"Mom, Dad, there's something I wanted to share," he began, and with their nod of approval, he continued. "Y/n is about to embark on her career journey, and she's exceptionally bright. The opportunities awaiting her are immense, and I believe it's not the right time for her to start a family.

She's only 22, and I want her to fully focus on her professional growth without the added responsibility of pregnancy. We're planning to wait for about 2-3 years before starting a family."

As Taehyung spoke, Y/n's eyes welled up with happiness, feeling the warmth in her heart. They had discussed this matter before, and Taehyung understood the significance it held for Y/n, especially as a hybrid with a unique purpose.

In the couple's late night talk , Taehyung had gained insight into Y/n's sentiments. As a hybrid, she often expressed that she felt her purpose was  to the Moon Goddess's plan for her to conceive a child with an alpha. These conversations helped Taehyung understand the depth of Y/n's feelings and the significance she placed on her unique existence.

Amidst a sea of pride, Taehyung's father wholeheartedly acknowledged, "Of course, son! It's your life, and both of you will be the ones becoming parents. It's truly heartening to see that you've already planned things out."

His mother, beaming with warmth, added, "And we have a long life ahead. We can wait for grandchildren."

Taehyung, with a chuckle, promised, "And I guarantee, we'll give you so many grandchildren." As he looked at Y/n, her eyes widened, and she playfully slapped his shoulder. Laughter echoed through the room, painting a picture of beautiful happiness within the family.

In the quiet embrace of their room, as the night descended, Y/n climbed onto Taehyung's lap, hugging him tightly. With gratitude gleaming in her eyes, she thanked him for understanding her desires and aspirations. Curiosity twinkled in her gaze as she asked, "Are you really okay with what you told your parents?"

Taehyung, his eyes reflecting sincerity, gently caressed her cheek and replied, "Absolutely, love. I have no rush for children. I want you to excel in your career, and we have all the time in the world."

With a mischievous glint, he added, "Besides, I do enjoy practicing the process every night with you." His playful words elicited a shy laughter from Y/n, and she hugged him even tighter, grateful for the understanding and love that enveloped them in that moment.
