Randy's POV:
It feels great to be home and with some family. I heard little footsteps on the stairs and I rush to give Alanna a huge hug. I introduce her to Vanessa and Dean. We talk about all the stuff I missed.
Dean's POV:
After Randy and Alanna talk, we get the house tour. The basement is where Vanessa and I are staying. Great life in a basement should be fun. We're heading upstairs when I see Alanna scared of thunder. Not knowing how to comfort the frightened kid I look at Vanessa.
Vanessa's POV:
I sit next to Alanna and I think of ways to comfort the small child. I'm almost out of ideas when an idea strikes faster then Randy hitting an RKO out of nowhere. I grab my IPhone 4S and I find a song. I sing it softly.
Oooh
Just a small town girl
Livin' in a lonely world
She took the midnight train goin' anywhere
Just a city boy
Born and raised in South Detroit
He took the midnight train goin' anywhere
A singer in a smokey room
A smell of wine and cheap perfume
For a smile they can share the night
It goes on and on and on and on
Strangers waiting
Up and down the boulevard
Their shadows searching in the night
Streetlights, people
Livin' just to find emotion
Hiding somewhere in the night!
Oooh!
Workin' hard to get my fill
Everybody wants a thrill
Payin' anything to roll the dice
Just one more time
Some will win
Some will lose
Some were born to sing the blues
Oh, the movie never ends
It goes on and on and on and on
Strangers waiting
Up and down the boulevard
Their shadows searching in the night
Ooh Streetlights, people
Livin' just to find emotion
Hiding somewhere in the night!
Woah, ooh!
Don't stop believin'
Hold on to that feelin'
Streetlights, people, oooh
Don't stop believin'
Street lights people, ooh!
Don't stop!
After the song ends, Alanna hugs me and tells me that Dean and I are her one true pair. I smile at the kid and we watch some old WWE Matches that Randy was in. After we're done, Dean and I head to the basement.
