Chapter 87: Christmas Wishes

Matt's POV:

I'm looking out the window and I see the first snow of the season. It reminds me of Christmas! I race into the studio and I find Vanessa recording a song.

Children sleeping, snow is softly falling
Dreams are calling like bells in the distance

Vanessa's POV:

As Matt and I leave the studio, we think about winter. I hate the cold but Matt loves it. I watch Matt and Jeff try to make a snowman and it turns out to be an epic fail but the brothers engage in a snowball fight. I go outside and take a picture of the brothers. I post it on Instagram with the caption Let it snow! I'm in the house thinking about the Christmas traditions my siblings and I grew up on. I leave a note for the guys and grab my winter gear from the bus. As I put it on, I hear the sound of jingle bells. I start to sing.

I enter a hospital and I look for the pediatric ward. A nurse shows me and I interact with the kids. One of the kids, a fourteen year old named Amber tells me that she wants to be a diva. I present her with a replica Divas Championship Belt and a hoodie. I go to the lunch room and group text the Hardy Brothers.

Hey guys, how are you?

Hey Vanessa, we're doing great! Where are you?

I'm at a hospital and I was wondering if you and Matt would like to spread some Christmas cheer to the kids that are here?

After my last message gets sent, I walk to a big empty room with a stage. I think about hosting an event the hospital gives the okay to put on a prom. Nikki,Brie, Eva, Rosa Paige, Nattie, Cameron, Jojo, Naomi and Summer decorate the room and I decorate the lunch room.
