Zack's POV:

I'm in the backyard near a table thinking about the WWE. I get up and I see Ashley on a stage singing.

Welcome to the planet
Welcome to existence
Everyone's here
Everyone's here
Everybody's watching you now
Everybody waits for you now
What happens next?
I dare you to move
I dare you to move
I dare you to lift yourself up off the floor
I dare you to move
I dare you to move
Like today never happened
Today never happened before

Welcome to the fallout
Welcome to resistance
The tension is here
Between who you are and who you could be
Between how it is and how it should be

I dare you to move
I dare you to move
I dare you to lift yourself up off the floor
I dare you to move
I dare you to move
Like today never happened
Today never happened before

Maybe redemption has stories to tell
maybe forgiveness is right where you fell
Where can you run to escape from yourself?
Where you gonna go?

Where you gonna go?
Salvation is here

I dare you to move
I dare you to move

I dare you to lift yourself up off the floor
I dare you to move
I dare you to move
Like today never happened
Today never happened before

I look to the table and I see Ashley working on a song that she starts to sing.

High dive into frozen waves where the past comes back to life
Fight fear for the selfish pain, it was worth it every time
Hold still right before we crash 'cause we both know how this ends
A clock ticks 'til it breaks your glass and I drown in you again
'Cause you are the piece of me I wish I didn't need
Chasing relentlessly, still fight and I don't know why
If our love is tragedy, why are you my remedy?
If our love's insanity, why are you my clarity?
If our love is tragedy, why are you my remedy?
If our love's insanity, why are you my clarity?

I get to the table I sing the next verse.
Walk on through a red parade and refuse to make amends
It cuts deep through our ground and makes us forget all common sense
Don't speak as I try to leave 'cause we both know what we'll choose
If you pull then I'll push too deep and I'll fall right back to you
'Cause you are the piece of me I wish I didn't need
Chasing relentlessly, still fight and I don't know why
If our love is tragedy, why are you my remedy?
If our love's insanity, why are you my clarity?

Ashley and I finish the song.
Why are you my clarity?
Why are you my remedy?

Why are you my clarity?
Why are you my remedy?

If our love is tragedy, why are you my remedy?
If our love's insanity, why are you my clarity?

Ashley's POV:

I leave the table and Zack to his thoughts. I get offered to sit down next to Zack and we share a moment of silence. I turn to ask Zack something but Wade comes up and I get up from the table.

Zack's POV:

I get up on the stage and I sing a song.

I don't know you
But I want you
All more for that
Words fall through me
Always fool me
And I can't react
Games that never amount
To more than they're meant
Will play themselves out
Take this sinking boat and guide it home
We've still got time
Raise your hopeful voice you have a choice
You'll make it now
Falling slowly, eyes that know me
And I can't go back
Moods that take me and erase me
And I'm painted black
You have suffered enough
At war with yourself
It's time that you won
Take this sinking boat and guide it home
We've still got time
Raise your hopeful voice you have a choice
You've made it now
Falling slowly sing your melody
I'll sing along
I don't know you
But I want you
All more for that

I get off the stage and I try to get over the wave of pain i'm feeling. As I enter the house, everybody left. I stay and I help Vanessa clean up. I didn't book a hotel room so I ask Vanessa if I could stay in the guest room of the beach house.

Ashley's POV:

I left something inside Vanessa's beach house. I ask Wade if I could get it I park the car in the driveway and I ring the door bell.

Zack's POV:

I open the door to see Ashley on the driveway. I grab the wallet she left and I give it to her. I look out the window and Ashley gets into the car. I'm feeling so hurt I go outside and I sit on the stage I hear a melody and I sing.

Beauty queen of only eighteen
She had some trouble with herself
He was always there to help her
She always belonged to someone else
I drove for miles and miles and wound up at your door
I've had you so many times but somehow I want more
I don't mind spending every day
Out on your corner in the pouring rain
Look for the girl with the broken smile
Ask her if she wants to stay awhile
And she will be loved
And she will be loved
Tap on my window, knock on my door
I want to make you feel beautiful
I know I tend to get so insecure
It doesn't matter anymore
It's not always rainbows and butterflies
It's compromise that moves us along, yeah
My heart is full and my door's always open
You come anytime you want, yeah.
I don't mind spending every day
Out on your corner in the pouring rain
Look for the girl with the broken smile
Ask her if she wants to stay awhile
And she will be loved
And she will be loved
And she will be loved
And she will be loved
I know where you hide alone in your car
Know all of the things that make you who you are
I know that goodbye means nothing at all
Comes back and begs me to catch her every time she falls
Yeah
Tap on my window knock on my door
I want to make you feel beautiful
I don't mind spending every day
Out on your corner in the pouring rain, oh.
Look for the girl with the broken smile
Ask her if she wants to stay awhile
And she will be loved
And she will be loved
And she will be loved
And she will be loved
Please don't try so hard to say goodbye
Please don't try so hard to say goodbye
Yeah, yeah.
I don't mind spending every day
Out on your corner in the pouring rain
Please don't try so hard to say goodbye

I'm about to go inside when I see a female shadow.
