Alison's pov
"If you don't ID him say goodbye to Emily -A." Was the only thing I could think about while they took me down to the place where Cyrus stabbed me. "Is this where Cyrus brought you when he kidnapped you?" Tanner asked as my father stared at me intensely, I know if I do this the girls are gonna hate me. Not to mention Emily's gonna hate me too, but I don't think I have a choice here. I would never be able to live with myself if "A" hurt Emily cause of me. "Alison is Cyrus the man that did this to you?" My father asked snapping me out of my thoughts as I looked at him and then at Tanner, they were both staring at me impatiently. "Y-Yes." I answered as tanner nodded at a police officer, "Okay Alison I know this was very hard, but we have Cyrus in custody and he's going away for a long time." Tanner said as my father grabbed my hand and all I could was nod. "You guys may go now." Tanner added as she walked off. The car ride home was dead silent. "Are you alright?" My dad asked as I looked at him, "Yeah I'm fine." I said lying. "That's all you're good at anyway." The little voice in my head said as I turned my head to face out the window. As we pulled into the driveway of our house I saw Emily sitting on the porch as my phone vibrated, "Tell her about our little deal and your little mermaids dead. - A." I read in my head as my heart started racing and I put my phone back in my bag. I got out of the car as we approached the house, "I'll be in, in a second." I told my dad as he nodded and walked into the house. "I guess you're here because you heard." I said as she nodded, "Yeah I am, but I don't understand." She said, "You ID'd him? Ali I thought we were in this together." She said and all I could do was stare at her. "We are- I-I have a plan." I lied as she scoffed, "Oh I'm sure you do, the problem is you'd throw us all under the bus to pull it off." She said as I looked down. "I stood up for you, against Paige, against Spencer, against everyone." She said as I heard the pain in her voice as I looked up at her, "I waisted so much time on you." She added as she stared at me in disgust and I felt like someone just stabbed my heart. She attempted to walk away as I stood there, "Emily wait! I'm gonna fix this, I can still find out who "A" is!" I called out as she turned around. "I'm done Ali. I'm so done with you." She said as I saw tears in her eyes as she stormed away. I wasn't thinking when I walked inside and ran up to my room. I grabbed my duffle bag and packed some of my clothes, I walked over to my sock drawer where I had 300$ hidden and I grabbed it and stuffed it in the bag. I stared at the picture of Emily and I from freshman year and I started tearing up as I grabbed the picture and put in the bag too. I walked out of my room and quietly walked downstairs, I grabbed my dad's car keys and went outside.

Emily's pov
"Hey where the hell is Alison going?" Hanna asked looking out the window of Spencer's living room as we all rushed over to her. I saw Alison holding a duffle bag as she threw a duffle bag in her dad's trunk and slammed it shut, she stood there for awhile holding the trunk and she finally got into the driver seat. "I'm not waiting to find out." Spencer said as she grabbed her car keys as Aria and Hanna followed her, I hesitated but I soon followed. We got into her car and saw Ali drive off, a couple seconds later Spencer went in the same direction Ali drove in. I couldn't help but worry about her, even though she lied to my face again. We drove for about 40 minutes when Alison parked at bar in Philly, we parked far away from her car as we saw her walk into the bar. "You think she's meeting someone?" Hanna asked as we all shrugged. "I don't think so, She's literally the only there." Spencer said looking through her binoculars. "I can't believe you have a pair of binoculars just sitting in your car." Aria said as they all chuckled. Why is Ali at a bar? I mean she doesn't drink? Ali then walked out of the bar with 2 bottles of vodka and I furrowed my eyebrows. She got into the car and I saw her open a bottle and chug some of it. "Is she seriously drinking?" Aria asked as she took the binoculars from Spencer. Ali turned on her car and we all ducked down as she drove past us. "Where is going now?" Aria asked as Spencer turned the car on and shrugged and she followed her again. "Is no one else seriously not worried about the fact that Ali's drinking two bottles of vodka while she driving?" I asked in disbelief as they all stared at me. We followed Ali all the way to Noel's cabin, I couldn't help but feel jealous, why is she even here? "Noel's cabin? You think she's working with him?" Hanna asked as we parked and opened our windows to hear. Ali chugged the rest of the first bottle and threw it into the woods drunkly. She could barely walk. "Noel!!" She yelled drunkly. "I need to stay here a couple days!" She yelled again as the light on the porch of the cabin turned on. "Jesus Ali its late." Noel said as I he walked out. He stared at her, "Why do you look like you've been crying?" He asked as we all looked at each other then back at Noel and Ali. "I hate "A"." She slurred as he furrowed his eyebrows, "Are you drunk?" He asked as Ali hugged him tightly and we heard her start sobbing, he slowly put his arms around her. "Sssh it's okay." He said as she started sobbing even more. "I-Its not!" She slurred as she pulled away from him. "H-How come whenever you try to do the right thing it blows up in your face?" She slurred as she cried.

Noel's pov
"What are you talking about Ali?" I asked staring concernedly at my best friend. "A-All I was doing was trying to keep her s-safe!" She slurred as I got even more confused, "Who Ali? What are you talking about?" I asked as she looked up at me. "Emily!" She slurred and finally it made sense, the only person who could have this much control over Ali's emotions is Emily. "What happened with Emily?" I asked trying to get the full story, "S-She left me and it hurts!" She said sobbing again as I hugged her. "Sssh stop crying Ali." I said as I rubbed her back lightly. "I-Its not my fault "A" made me!" She said sobbing even more as I pulled away and looked at her, "What the hell did "A" make you do Ali?" I asked as she sniffled. "H-He m-made me ID C-Cyrus." She slurred as I sighed and hugged her again. "H-He said he would hurt her." She slurred again and I stroked the back of her head. "It's okay Ali calm down, it's not your fault. Emily will understand." I said as she immediately pulled away. "No we can't tell her!" She said scared as I stared at her in confusion. "He said he'll hurt her!" She said as I stared at her and hugged her again. "It's okay Ali we'll figure something out okay?" I said as I continued hugging my best friend.
