Y/N's POV
"I don't know Lloyd, he's actions are getting suspicious." I replied serving him coffee, "Don't worry Y/N I'm sure he's just pre occupied about something." He said "Speak of the devil." I said upon seeing Cole entering the café, "Hey guys, hi Y/N." He greeted shyly "Where were you? Explain yourself for the past 2 weeks." I bolted "Its complicated." He replied "I said, EXPLAIN." I yelled, "Don't get yourself riled up Y/N, I was away for some father son bonding okay." He replied, "Alright. Nevertheless I had Lloyd to keep me company in the Café." I said, He looked kind of pissed, he must be jealous, "Well I'm back and that's that." He said "Don't tell me you're jealous mate?" Lloyd replied with accent. "Shut up." He growled.
Time Skip..........
"Thanks Lloyd btw for helping me clean up." I thanked "No problem I have nothing to do today so why not help a fellow friend." He smiled "Its been a while since- oh! Hey Cole." I said, "Y/N, why not check on him. He might be in trouble." Lloyd said "Why would you say that?" I asked, he just gestured me to go out and so I did.
Outside was pretty foggy, the temperature was really low but it was manageable. "Cole?" I asked....
It IS true, promises are meant to be broken.....
