Judge: Okay now that Mr.Smith has told us that Savannah is his only witness. We now may proceed with Mrs.Hill (Savannah's lawyer).
Mrs.Hill: We would like Savannah to stay in the stand. *Savannah and her both getting up to go to places* Okay now is it true that you were walking home in the middle of the night when this happen?
Savannah: Yes.
Mrs.Hill: May I ask why?
Savannah: I didn't want to be a plain and we had just gotten to the Lynches house after homecoming.
Mrs.Hill: and can you explain in detail what happen that night that you were taken and up tell now?
Savannah: I was walking home from there house when I was grabbed and thrown in the back of a car. Getting beat as soon as we got to this house of some sort yet I didn't see who it was because they were wearing a mask. Then in the morning Alex and a group of like 5 guys beat me again. After this happening twice more I decided to look for a way out. I found one and found the keys to a window in Alex's room but when I opened it. A alarm went off and Alex woke up, I jumped out. Yet I couldn't get away because of there being a shock gate all around. He made me sleep out there for what I think was two days. After that letting me back inside playing games with me. After that-
Mrs.Hill: I'm sorry to stop you but what games did he play with you?
Savannah: Games like truth or dare, who deserves a beating today, and who gets water me or you?
Mrs.Hill: Okay please proceed with what happened.
Savannah: After the games I got tied to a chair and Alex called in the group of guys telling them to beat me. Beat me and don't stop tell I'm dead. I was on my last breath when the cops and help showed up to save me.
Mrs.Hill: No more question yet we would like to ask the court to look at these pictures of Savannah's cut and bruises. Plus that broken arm of hers.
Judge: You may proceed with the picture then we will let the court make a verdict.
A half-hour later
The court: We as a court and jury in the case of Savannah Latimer and Alex Vega are in favor of ...
.....To ..... Be..... Continued.....
