"get this girl out or else i'll hurt her!" seth shouts, obviously drunk as he can't keep his balance.
justin pushes you behind him and grabs your hand to make sure you're still there.

"don't speak to your stepdad like that you little shit." justin's mom joins the argument.
seth grabs another beer bottle and bursts out laughing, "i'd rather give up drugs over being his fucking stepdad anyday." justin's mom starts laughing with seth.
justin tightens his grip on your hand and walks out of the apartment, taking you with him.
"justin, are you okay?" no response.
"justin! i asked if you're okay." still no response.
you stop walking and pull your hand away from justin, which causes him to stop walking and look at you.
