It was Saturday and Kim woke up as early as 5 in the morning. Pie was hugging her. Kim removed Pie’s hand and went straight to the shower.
Kim was all dressed up and was ready to leave. She sat behind Pie who was still sleeping. She kissed Pie on the forehead and left.
Pie woke up and was surprised not to see Kim behind her. She reached for her phone and opened a txt message from Kim saying, "Pie, I had to leave early. I have to do something important. See you later. I love you."
"Hmmp! Pie frowned. "I wanted to go see a movie with her today. She even left me without saying good bye." She added.
Pie went to the movie theater alone. She immediately bought two tickets, hoping that Kim would follow her. She tried to call Kim but to no avail.
Pie didn’t want the money used for the tickets to go to waste so she entered and watched the movie alone.
She didn’t want to go home early. After the movie, she stayed at a coffee shop, went to a mall to shop and went to the bookstore. She did anything just to kill sometime, as Kim wasn’t answering any of her calls and messages.
It was exactly 8:30pm when Kim texted her saying, "Pie, it was a very busy day for me. Sorry for not being able to return your call or any of your messages. I am on my way home to the ranch. I have to do something again tomorrow. If I accomplish tomorrow’s work early, I might visit you. Take care my love."
Pie raised her eyebrow and replied, "Kim, what are you working on-on a weekend? If it’s that important, you can tell me. I’ve missed you so much. I didn’t even have my daily doze of your kiss!!"
"Lol! I can’t tell you yet. I will when it’s done. Jub,jub,jub! 1000 times. I love you." Kim answered.
Pie went home disappointed. She had nothing more to do. She was waiting for Kim’s call on her bed and fell asleep.
Kim, on the other hand, laid down on the bed. She thought of resting for a couple of minutes before calling Pie but because she was so tired, she didn’t notice her eyes shut down.
