The sound of marching boots echoed down the smooth halls of Grunder industries. The boots belonged to dozens of soldiers in armored uniforms who marched in formation. General Foss, a stern/tough-looking man in uniform led the group.

"Ready to blow my mind today, Gutierrez?" Foss asked teasingly. "To make my hair stand on end, to scare the living souls out of us?"
"Er, yes. In humor terms." Dr. Gutierrez replied. He looked a bit uncomfortable. A man dedicated to robotics, Gutierrez preferred his industry friends rather than war-type, and General Foss had personality for 20 men.

"That's the spirit!" Foss barked, slapping Gutierrez on the back.
"Dr. Montero is an estimated colleague of mine, General Foss," Dr Gutierrez began cautiously. "He may be in favor to having his discoveries used for new technological alternatives, but very strict and resistant towards military purposes."
"Leave Dr. Montero to me" General Foss replied darkly.

Behind all of them, David walked out of the elevator door and began to follow the soldiers.

"Hey! Wait up, Dad!"

Dr. Gutierrez turned around to see David running towards them
"Hold it! Don't move!" ordered one soldier as he and the rest of the group pulled out and aimed their guns at David.
"What are you doing here?" Dr. Gutierrez demanded. "I told you to go home and stay there until I returned."
"I-I only wanted to see the demonstration." David said eagerly.
"Really, David," Gutierrez said, frustrated
General Foss nodded at David. "Your son?" he asked.
"Yes, sir," Gutierrez replied.
General Foss though for a moment and ordered one of the soldiers to take David to another place.

Foss, Dr Gutierrez and the others marched down the hall and entered a large lecture hall. Suddenly, the soldiers stormed in and grabbed one of Gutierrez's partner, Dr. Montero in mid presentation. Then they grabbed the containers in display: one had a blue glowing core that seemed soothing and peaceful, while the other had a red core that looked unstable and angry.
"What are you doing!? Stop!" Dr Montero yelled, but the soldiers didn't listen. His face was red with anger. "This is outrageous! What are you planning to do with them?"
"I am going to give the president a good reason to declare war to the Underground" General Foss said, smiling.
"How?" Dr. Montero asked.
"There is only one way I can, Doctor. To kick some bot."
