Grisha Astra - POV;

"Grisha?!" Kristæl called out, landing on the roof some distance away but when his eyes fell on us his eyes widened and he froze.

"Oh no," he murmered, resting his hand on my shoulder as I cried into Shera's.

The sound of approaching helicopters and trucks should have tipped me off to the arrival of the rest of the World Heirarchy's forces but in that moment I couldn't care less. I may have saved the world on that day but I also lost my own world.

"Grisha, just as a note," Versailles chuckled through the radio on my person, "If anyone asks, the culprit was the other guy you encountered and your wife was merely a casualty of the battle."

"I'm sorry, Grisha can't come to the phone right now," Kristæl growled, ripping the device from the fabric of my clothing and stepping away from us.

"What? Who the hell are you?!" Versailles boomed.

"My name is Kristæl Zephyr, son of Regulus Seraphim Zephyr the Third and Heir to the Zephyr Clan," he proclaimed.

"What? You?! You were the one aiding Grisha?!"

"Mark my words Versailles, I will sniff you and the rest of the World Heirarchy out and I will hunt you down to the ends of this Earth if I must, but trust me when I say that if I learn that any of your schemes, plots and accusations are true, even in death I will make you pay for the pain and suffering you have caused! I make this oath on my Family's name and on my blood."

I was given an immediate summons to the Enforcer Barracks and the World Heirarchy Headquarters in order to subit a report on the incident and events in Astra City. Kristæl had chosen to return to Zephyr City, citing that there were matters he had to bring up with his father, and for some time I wouldn't hear from him again. Less than a week after the incident, I was given a letter of invitation and it was what would lead me to my first direct confrontation with the Fifth King himself.

When I entered the room, he immediately caught my attention seated atop what could only be descibed as a grand throne. At his side, a beautiful young girl stood humbly.

"Grisha! It's been a while! It's great to finally speak with you in person," Versailles greeted.

"To what do I owe the pleasure of your summons sir?"

"Straight to the point are you? Very well. I'd like to meet my daughter Emilia. I called you to tell you that you will be taking her hand in marriage," he answered.

"I'm sorry sir, but I'm not looking for that at the moment," I told him.

"Let me just clarify, Grisha, that was no request. It was an order!" he boomed, "We wouldn't want any news spreading that makes Astra susceptible to elimination, now would we?"

"But what am I supposed to tell my children?" I pressed.

"They're still small. Just fiddle around with their memories a bit. Tell them one thing enough times and they'll believe it," he told me.

"Actually, Iay be able to help with that," Emilia spoke up, "I know a few things that can help supress their memories. It's not strong but they're young enough that in a few years they'll remember only small pieces at best."

So said, so done. Emilia and I were wed to each other and with the aid of her spells we slowly worked Indira and Jack into removing Shera from their minds and recognising Emilia as their mother. Nariko, due to only being a year old, was just taught that Emilia was the only one there. She wouldn't have taken any memories of Shera into the future anyway. I didn't even know if it was possible for someone to have memories of that young of a time in their lives.
